Welcome to the Aversana, a gated community that puts you right in the middle of two tropical vacation destinations. This 2nd floor, 2,300 square foot condo is located in Naples, but its right next to Marco Island, giving you easy access to all the finest attractions of the Paradise Coast.

It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and 2.5 bathrooms. Natural light brightens lavishly decorated rooms with coral-hued tile floors and furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. Tropical flowers and ferns enhance the feeling of tranquility. The glass breakfast table sits beside floor-to-ceiling windows that give you a panoramic view of clusters of palm trees against a bright blue-sky backdrop.

There’s no better way to start the day than coffee out on the spacious balcony overlooking the pool ringed by palm trees.

The modern kitchen features barstool chairs along the counter and comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of cocktails to sip on the balcony as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the grounds below.

Both bedrooms offer ample closet and drawer space and unmatched comfort. The master suite features wood floors and sliding door access to the balcony so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of rustling palm trees.

We want you to enjoy all the comforts of home, so the unit is filled with features like air conditioning, internet, cable, and a washer and dryer. It also gives you beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, and a cooler.

You’ll have plenty of beaches to choose from, all with silken white sands and sparkling turquoise ocean. Stroll along the shore collecting shells. Snorkel in the clear, shallow water or just sit back and watch dolphins playing in the surf.

The activities are virtually endless here at the Aversana. Swim in the heated pool then use one of the gas grills to barbeque a poolside lunch. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center. Afterwards, luxuriate in the hot tub then enjoy a film in the movie room or participate in some of the daily activities in the social room.

    The property was very clean and the location was close to Marco island and Bonita beach the one elevator was broken for part of our stay and we had to use the freight elevator (no big deal). when we arrived we got keys from someone at the office with no explanation on how to get in the unit or where to get a luggage cart to bring things from garage to rental unit we had run into one of the persons that live in the bldg. full time and we were told that the carts were locked in the storage area that we had no access to, we made several trips to get our things in to rental unit. You couldn't use the pool or hot tub area after dusk which is what you would want to do after sightseeing and being gone all day, so that was a deterrent from staying there at least at a hotel it is open to ten P.M. to enjoy. The rental company should give you a small map of the place and better directions on getting there and should provide access to luggage carts for the rentals. Everything else was great.
