The only thing that matches the spellbinding water view from the lanai is the stylish design of the spacious interior. This 2,800 square foot waterfront home sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, and 2.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

You’ll need a new superlative for every room in the house. “Magnificent” is the only way to describe the living room with cathedral ceilings filled with natural light streaming through the arched transom windows. A leather sectional sofa as comfortable as it is stylish faces the 60” television and, behind it, arched windows that look out on the sparkling water of the bay lined with palm trees.

“Unmatched” is how you’ll describe the white-tiled entertainment area with a pool table beside sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai and French windows that reveal a backdrop of palm trees and blue sky. Another television above a pub table set completes the festive atmosphere of the room.

The best description of the gourmet kitchen is “bountiful.” It’s filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner, entertain guests, or simply blend a tray of cocktails to bring out to the lanai.

The sun-brightened bedrooms offer tropical comfort at its finest, with large windows, colorful artwork, and decorative touches like starfish base table lamps. In the master suite, a sliding glass door opens up to the lanai, and the deluxe ensuite bathroom features a granite walk-in shower with frameless glass doors.

Now for the lanai. You’ll need more than one superlative to describe the pleasure of floating in the heated pool, taking in the majestic view of sun-sparkling water that seems to extend forever. With the gas grill and table in the shaded patio area, poolside barbeques will quickly become your favorite meal of the day. The lanai faces south, giving you a full day of sun. Then, at the end of the day, the hot tub is your front row seat as the setting sun paints the sky bright orange.

    For a start this was no ordinary rental and circumstances tested Marco Island Vacation Properties to the limit! Our stay started in Bluebonnet Court for 2 nights before hurricane Irma arrived and we were evacuated from the island!
    No need to bore you with what happened to us but the company were working under extreme conditions from a hotel room in Naples. This was for the best part of a week where they had no access to any of their computer systems or access to Marco Island which had no electricity, water or internet/phone access.
    Throughout this time, we had contact with Andrew who was very open about their problems and what they were doing to overcome them.
    As soon as they had access to the island they worked on setting up a property for us to finish our vacation in. Bluebonnet was damaged and uninhabitable but they work hard to prepare an alternative property which ended up being 939 San Marco Road.
    We are full of praise for their efforts to get us back on the island and kept informed of what was happening right up to our return. The property was not perfect, as there was some storm damage, but our expectations were managed all along and they continued to industriously resolve the most important issues while we were there.
    Full marks to Marco Island Vacation Properties, they went the extra mile and we thought they were brilliant. Both properties were excellent and we plan to return.

    Very nice place on Marco Island with a Billard table, an XXL TV, a big Weber grill, and the view from the pool was the icing on the cake! Very responsive service, we had a great time.
