The house is on Beachcomber Street, but they could have named it Beach Walker street, since you’re only a short walk away from the public beach and Resident’s Beach. This 2000 square foot house, with a two-car garage, sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen and two twins. It comes with two bathrooms and a litter box. That’s right, it’s one of the few cat-friendly rentals you’ll find. It’s also swimmer-friendly, with a sparkling, heated pool. The spacious, wooden lanai, with its gas grill and table and chairs, makes the ideal setting for poolside cocktails and dinner.

Inside, the sea-inspired décor is designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. A floor-to-ceiling window showcases the lush garden. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the temperature just the way you like it. Two bar tables and chairs transform the space into an entertainment center for watching cable on the big screen TV or using the internet to play games.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need, from a refrigerator and oven to a microwave and coffee maker. And of course no Marco Island kitchen is complete without a blender so you can celebrate the end of another day in paradise with your feet in the pool and a tropical blended drink in your hand.

When it’s time to walk to the beach, the house comes with beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach towels. You can use the access point near the Marriott Hotel to walk to the public beach or you can walk to Resident’s Beach, where you can purchase a pass for access to beach activities, dining at the shaded tables of Paradise Grill, picnic chickees with charcoal grills, a playground and concerts on the green. Marco Island beaches are famous for their endless array of watersports. Take a parasailing cruise and see the sparkling ocean the way the birds see it. Charter a fishing boat. Go on a shelling cruise. Or lie back and do nothing but listen to the sound of breaking waves waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.

The house is also close to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. And to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, filled with salons, spas, plenty of fine dining options and specialty shops packed with gifts, swimwear, sunglasses and so much more.
