My wife and I had the most relaxing Labor Day getaway . The house is absolutely gorgeous and the views are amazing. Definitely very well maintained and the owners have a very welcoming and all amenities were meet. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing family vacation, my husband and the kids enjoyed the pool and the beach and fishing every single day. I’m already looking to book it for the next year. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us. I have to add that the property management staff were very professional and were on top of everything. I want to shoutout to the girl that works at the front office,I wish I asked for her name. she has an amazing personality very bubbly and who ever hired her did an amazing job. She makes you feel welcome and explained everything about the island what to do and where to go. She was very welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was very clean and well kept! It was also stocked with many things normal vacation homes don’t have. It was an easy walk to the Dolphin Tiki Bar which we also enjoyed! The pool, view and yard area were lovely! We would definitely come back to this home!

It was a unanimous family vote... we loved this house! Modern, clean, and had everything we needed including a nice boat dock. As boaters, we prefer this (north) side of the island for access to Keewaydin and nearby sandbars. The house is off Collier Bay, which is great for fishing and paddle boarding. The house felt like home during our stay. Beds were comfy, TV was great, and my wife and daughter enjoyed the great book collection!

Best vacation ever from the booking process with Andrew from Marco Island Vacation Properties to the home we stayed in! I'm not sure where to begin. My wife & I have traveled to many vacation destinations and we always rent a private home(we are in our mid 50's). This vacation topped them all from the beautiful home (which we call paradise) to every part of the booking process.
We would personally like to thank the homeowners for opening up their home for people like us to rent & enjoy all the luxuries of this paradise home and Island for other people to enjoy. The pictures of this home do not do it justice, when you get there in person you realize you just entered paradise. The layout,dock, grilling area, pool,decor, location etc of the home is perfect it has everything you could possibly need for your stay there.We ended up going on a jet ski tour with Avi's watersports (dolphin tour) and that was a highlight of the trip as well, there is so much to do on Marco Island from the beaches to restaurants, shopping, sunset cruises etc. We will hopefully be coming back next year and we will be contacting Andrew from MIVP to help us with our booking needs. We could not have picked a better home, location or rental property to help us enjoy our vacation. Special Thanks to Andrew from (MIVP) for making this booking such a smooth process (due to covid we ended up switching our dates a couple times)Andrew helped out tremendously with this process as well. We also would like to thank the homeowners again for allowing us to enjoy their luxury paradise home for our week of vacation. We will never forget this trip this has been our favorite vacation ever! Everything about booking the home to check in was a breeze. I've stayed at many vacation rentals and by far this home was the best. You have everything you can think of, from cook wear to beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool is incredible and just sitting on the dock to watch the sun rise or set was amazing. We will be back next year!

We had a blast staying in Marco for two weeks! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook, fish, boat, play and rest comfortably. The location of the house is boat you are in Collier Bay in 3 minutes, the Gulf in 10, Tiger Tail Beach in 10, CJs Snook Inn or Mangos in 7, and Keewaydin Island in 20. You are also so incredibly close to shops by road.... you can bike to most if you fee so inclined. MIVR took care of any issue we had (which were super minor), checked in on us periodically and sent reminders for trash/recycling etc so we never forgot. Perfect vacation!

We had a n absolutely amazing time at the house on Marco island.
It was far better than the pictures had indicated. Very spacious, superbly clean and well equipped.
It was in a superb location, near to shops, bars& restaurants yet at the end of a quite road and backing onto the canal just made it idyllic.
My whole family enjoyed the house and pool for the week we were there.
The bbq on the boat deck was a fantastic extra touch which really pleased everyone.
We would definitely use the Marco island property rental company who got us fixed up at very short notice as we had been let down elsewhere.
They really did themselves proud and we can only sing their praises!

The house, neighborhood and accommodations were beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. It was peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what we needed to kick off our summer! Can't wait to be back in Marco Island again!

Vacation rental company is top notch! the house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and on a very quiet street in Marco. Near everything you need and within 10 min drive of South Beach. We hope to be repeat renters next year!

The house itself was wonderful.Beautiful decor...the kids LOVED the pool. The dock was a wonderful place to drink coffee in the morning, we even saw a dolphin!! The neighbor, Don, was nice but a little overbearing. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The pictures do not do this house justice. This is a stunning home and very clean. It is a perfect location on the island, its close to everything. We had everything we needed in a beautiful home. We saw dolphins from our dock the second day we were there. We love renting houses through Andrew at Marco Vacation Properties and we will continue to rent through them in the future. They are very helpful and attentive during our stay! Our family has rented houses on Marco Island for the past 5 years and this house was our favorite!

After a month's trip to the USA, our five-member family wanted to spend the last few days in Florida and take a little "rest". Marco Island turned out to be a great place, and the rented house was perfectly prepared for this purpose prepared shelter. Very well functioned everything: from the rent itself, the transparent website and the application with all the information needed, home furnishings to intervene if needed. Recommended.

This was a beautiful home and I absolutely love the Vale's excellent customer service but we will not stay here again. I was uncomfortable with the neighbor who seemed to monitor us the entire week. He came to the door the first night asking if I knew the owners. Mid-week he moved trash cans, that I had placed outside for pick up, from the curb to the house. And that same day, opened the garage door, while we were inside, to place the cans inside the garage. I found this completely inappropriate. I am an ex-Police Officer and have no idea why the owner would allow this type of monitoring of tenants. I have trash pick up at my home and know how to do it and also am very aware of Marco's trash policies. I am missing a folder with personal documents and can only hope that this neighbor wasn't inside the home when we weren't. This took precious moments of relaxation away from us and several times when we were outside the home, the neighbor would appear. I have never experienced someone coming on the premises as a tenant and had to call Andrew and Michael two times about this. I have been coming to Marco for 16 years and love it!

Had an excellent time in the house. House was in a great location with a nice dock and nice outside sitting area as well as a nice sitting area by the pool.

Our family of 5 spent Christmas week at this well-decorated home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed its spacious lanai, deck, heated pool, and beautiful dining room for Christmas dinner. The home has lots of windows (nicer than the photos show). Just don't expect to park in the garage (owners' cars are there). Four bikes and a kayak or two were available to use.

This is a very nice house in a great location. Very pretty well maintained house and yard. The pool is prefect with plenty of pool toys at the house. The dock is very nice for easy boat access.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this home for our vacation.The house was well equipped and clean.The patio furniture on the lanai was very comfy and inviting.

We have stayed in this home multiple times. Always love, love, love it! MIVP is the only company that we would consider helping us book a home for our stay. So considerate & helpful in all aspects. Andrew always seems to anticipate our needs. Never a problem! Can't wait to get back!

Nice experience. Good view of the canal from the house, but the windows lacked blinds so the view from the canal (and other homes) to the house was not private. Not energy efficient either. Loved the mango tree and fresh fruit!! A few things needed minor repair but were addressed quickly when possible. Friendly neighbor on one side, a noisy group on the other. Having a boat rental got us away from the noise and explored the islands and waterways. Lots of wildlife (dolphins, manatee, rat snake, iguana, gopher owls, etc.) I was amazed at the lack of mosquitos which was a delight to me!! Very relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful time as usual. The house was spotless and Don (next door neighbor)always make us feel right at home. could not have asked for a better vacation.

As always, our stay was perfect. We always look forward to returning to Marco. MIVP makes life so easy - we wouldn't consider using anyone else. We always know we are coming to a fabulous place.

Definitely would recommend this home. Stayed with my two grandsons, 13 & 11,for a month. Enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock,bicycle riding and all the wonderful things Marco Island offers.The house has everything you might need, nicely decorated and in a great location. Andrew Vale does everything to insure your stay will be enjoyable. My grandson calls him "awesome Andrew".

This is our second year renting this lovely Marco Island waterfront home. The only reason we did not give it all 5 star rating is because of construction of a new seawall & home
across the canal that was very noisy and may it unpleasant to be outside. Everything else was perfect.

This house was great - would definitely stay there again. Can't wait to get back!
