This 2,500 square foot house is located on Polynesia Court, but it feels more like your own Polynesian Island. It sleeps eight, with three king beds and two twins, and it comes with 3.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage.

Party of eight, your tables are ready. Enjoy waterside dining at its finest with two tables at the edge of the lanai, overlooking the emerald canal lined with palm trees. Barbeque lunch on the gas grill beside an outdoor kitchen area then enjoy the view from the sun loungers or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool. The shaded patio area is furnished with a rattan sofa and chairs, making it the ideal setting for entertaining visitors. You’ll want to make sure to serve dinner just around sunset because the southwest exposure means poolside dining with a backdrop of brilliant orange sky.

The private dock gives you direct access to the deep blue waters and world-class fishing of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also bring down beach chairs and do a little fishing or watch for a passing dolphin or manatee.

Natural light through arched windows brightens the tile-floored interior filled with modern furnishings and decorated with seaside touches like palm tree lamps and shells and starfish on the shelves.

The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops has plenty of chairs, along with modern appliances and cookware and enough dinnerware for even the biggest gatherings. It comes with a coffee maker, kettle and blender for your sunset-viewing beverage of choice.

For dining in a more formal setting, serve a candlelight dinner on the glass table with an ornate pedestal base.

The master suite, with hard wood flooring, gives you sliding door access to the lanai and windows to let in the fragrant night air. The ensuite bathroom has his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath beside an arched window with a private garden view.

The house is filled with amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, a big screen TV and TVs in all the bedrooms.     Beautiful, clean home. Well stocked kitchen with most anything a family could ask for. Lovely, well maintained pool and hot tub. Our family had a great time.

    We had a wonderful time in Marco Island and enjoyed the house a lot. The Bikes were a great addition to explore the neighourhood.
