The house had a beautiful kitchen and great for a relaxing time
with family. The pool and spa were nice and warm and a great place to hang out and play games. The neighborhood was quiet as well.

The home has an open-concept layout inside surrounding the pool patio. The kitchen is spacious and had all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. to accommodate our cooking needs. The bedrooms, baths, etc were clean and comfortable. The home's location made it easy access to the island and stores, restaurants, and sights.

Not as close to the beach as I would have liked. Did not leave a pass for Tigertail Beach or instructions as with the last house we rented. But great house with many amenities. Need a new iron and yoga mat for guests. TV in bedroom did not work.

We were more than pleased with the layout and accommodations of the home for our family of 8 to enjoy the holiday. The home is very clean, well stocked with linens, pool and beach toys and kitchen utensils and cookware. During our stay we noticed a couple of broken items and while they did not hinder our trip we reported them to the rental office so they could be repaired for future guest. Promptly a person appeared to remedy the problems and was beyond courteous and helpful. The outdoor pool and table was a constant gathering place for dining, cards and chatting. It over looks the golf course so the view is beautiful and area is quiet. We intend to book the same home next year for another memorable time as a family.
The beach is a short drive as are restaurants and grocers.

We had a great time on Marco Island! The house was perfect for my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and grandma and grandpa. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, lots of linens, towels, and beach towels. It was pretty kid friendly, the slider doors out to the pool area were not easy for my children to open, which was really helpful because I didn’t want them going out their unsupervised. And their was one bathroom door leading to the pool area that we kept that bathroom door shut at all times. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Simple to use, and we figured out to turn the fountains on in the pool by going to turn the valves on at the side of the house. Rental company has great communication and responded timely to the pool light not working in the pool. The location of the house was great, quiet and backing up to the golf course. Everything was less than 15 minutes away. Would totally book this home again. Thanks for the great memories and Florida vacation.

My wife and I have been coming to Marco Island for several years now - sometimes more than twice a year. We plan on making Marco our permanent home soon.

At the insistence of one of our daughters, we had our first "family" vacation since our children were young and living at home. Family members, from all over, converged on Marco Island. My wife and I rented a home on Shadowridge for the week.

It is an understatement to say we had a great time! The home was beautiful and clean. The pool was huge. If we had any problems, we called Marco Island Vacation Properties and David was there promptly and with a smile. He worked with a sense of urgency to take care of any issues we had. His friendly demeanor added to an already fantastic week.

Bedroom issue a bit quirky (queen in MBR, King in another bedroom on other side of house, but otherwise a very pleasant week.

We rented this house for the month of February 2021. It was very clean, the kitchen was particularly well stocked with utensils, and the pool and hot tub were AMAZING. The view of the golf course from the back was very restful and we spent a lot of time around the big table outside. The garage was very well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, pool and sand toys, even a fishing pole! It was almost as if our every need was anticipated! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this house was exactly what it appeared to be from the description and pictures online. Our family had a great time enjoying the pool and hot tub, as well as everything that Marco Island has to offer.

the property was perfect. the pool are was our favorite spot. my family and i enjoyed our time in Marco Island.

The house was as the pictures showed. The pool was absolutely beautiful. We had a couple issues with the home upon check in but they came the next day and fixed the problems. Home still needs some updates but they have made several updates. I wish they had ceiling fans in all the bedrooms but its only in the one room that has the king bed. It would be nice if they had a king bed in the master bedroom.

We are very satisfied with ours stay. House is perfec and clean. It was great.

This is a great home with a beautiful view of the golf course. This was our 3rd year here and look forward to the updates the owner does every year. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen as we love to cook during the 2 months we are there. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with an awesome pool/hot tub. The only thing that would make us happier is a king size bed in the master suite. Already booked for next year.

Wish the pool heat was working from day 1. Was fixed in timely manner. House will be beautiful once the 2 bathrooms are updated. Loved the stay and Andrew was great!

This is the 2nd year we stayed at this home. Great home - huge well stocked kitchen, beautiful master bath, awesome pool/hot tub and great views of the golf course. Perfect for our 2 month stay!

We spent 2 months (Jan-Feb)here and truly enjoyed our stay. We both love to cook so, the large beautiful kitchen was awesome. Enjoyed watching the golfers at the beautiful golf course while lounging by the awesome pool/hot tub. Lots of beach items; chairs, coolers, toys etc. are provided and 3 very nice bikes. Master bedroom could use an update but, overall we really enjoyed our stay in the home. As always, Marco Island Vacation Properties was quick to respond when the Microwave went out. They had someone out the next day.

215 Shadowridge was the perfect place for our family reunion, with 3 distinct bedroom areas and a very large open living room/dinning room/kitchen area enabling lots of family interaction. the lanai/pool/spa area was wonderful for the kids and very refreshing for all of us.

Rental was perfect for two families with small children. Kitchen is HUGE and the rooms that were updated were great.
The house is in good condition, it was very dusty in areas though and we had to clean. The golf course was undergoing construction (big equipment) and all the grass was removed so that was a bit disappointing. We loved the location and the pool and will book this place in the future. The beach chairs, coolers and other items were perfect for our trip.

To the owner, it would be great if:
1. You could upgrade kitchen knives and pans
2. Add non-skid pads beneath rugs
3. The outdoor rocking chairs should be repaired or replaced

We really enjoyed out stay at the Shadowridge Court property. Great location, and the house was as described. Great for a large family or even two families. Pool was cold the first few days. Management Company was very responsive.

Had a wonderful time. Loved the hot tub. We were three couples. Two had king beds with tvs in the rooms. The last couple had smaller bed with no tv. One bath really nice...others need updating. We are spoiled. Next time we would look for three king beds with updated bathrooms. All in all, it was a nice house for us to get together. Better for a family setting.

something's needed some TLC, but mostly a good stay-

This home was truly a home away from home. Every amenity you could ask for is provided. The open floor plan allowed great freedom of movement. The pool and hot tub added to the enjoyment of this home. This home will not disappoint anyone who chooses to vacation in Marco Island!

Very nice place. Bathrooms could use updating but they were perfectly adequate. Would help if kitchen had more plastic Tupperware type containers as we cooked a lot and had nothing to put leftovers in. Another plus would be if the house had a pack n play. Very nice stay.

The house was gorgeous with a wonderfully open floor plan. Perfect for multiple families. Furniture was beautiful and comfortable . Only negative was their was only 1 television in the family room and 1 additional bedroom at the back of the house. I would also recommend decals at children's eye level on the sliders going to the pool area. My 4 yr. old grandson ran into the glass 3 times before we finally put big strips of masking tapes in the shape of X's across 3 of them. Yes, that's how clean the glass was. You could not see it at all. Amazing given that it's hurricane strength glass!

We had a fan unable to use outside.
Shower from master room was broke.
Pool had funny smell I called to complained but not responde.
I check out early for all the inconvinience and 4 family member had ear infection for the dirty pool.

The house was very spacious and beautiful. It served all our needs do. Very close to everything. Staff was wonderful. We only had a few minor issues...could have been cleaned better. Dust on fixtures and under furniture. Front door didn't close if not shut very hard....security issue, took awhile to figure out spa but overall a great place to stay.

Stayed with some of our grown children & grandchildren ages 7, 4 & 2. Had a great time, the pool and hot tub are the perfect size and depth to accomodate everyone. Would definitely recommend this rental and renting through Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc., they were extremely helpful and courteous.

We loved every minute of our stay at this home backing onto the golf course on Marco Island. The house with its large living space and updated kitchen as well as the lanai and pool was perfect for our family vacation.

My husband and I rented this property on Marco Island for 4 weeks. We had our family come down for a visit, grandkids and all! It was wonderful to have so much space for everyone( 4 large comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our needs). The pool and hot tub were especially nice and well used by our family. It was wonderful to sit in the screened lanai and enjoy the pool area and the scenery of the adjacent golf course. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We liked being in a quiet residential area yet still not far the beach, farmers market and shops.
