1116 Mulberry Court

End of quiet cul-de-sac location on canal was good. Sidewalks good for dog walking. Large garage held beach equipment in various stages of aging. The house overall seemed fairly clean but furniture old and very dirty. Two color-clashing sofas revealed dirt/trash items from past tenants under cushions and sat on filthy rug with no coffee table. Lamps were sparse or non-existent. Supplies were skimpiest in our experience: leftover 1/3 paper towel roll in kitchen, 1 DW pod, no dish soap or sponge, not one tiny bit of laundry detergent, cheap & tiny wrapped soap in baths. Seemed SO miserly in light of rental price! Rental agency texts daily + response good (except one doozy). Agent Andrew came quickly to set up TVs, dishwasher, offered rug/sofa cleaning (why not before???) Smoke alarm blasted at 3 a.m. with white smoke in kitchen + burning smell terrified us. Called fire dept. to come without sirens. Kudos to them for rushing over, staying 1.5 hrs., said alarm caused by first use of heat burning dust on coils + not to use HVAC until checked out by HVAC company. Next morning at 7:30 I called rental office night # to report incident + that we needed check-up. Very mad rude man (whom I now believe is mgmt company owner) demanded to know why I called fire dept. and NOT the office night number! And complained that he’d have to order an “expensive HVAC visit;” then showed up without notice at front door lying that “no, he wasn’t the person on the phone” when I asked. HVAC came and confirmed fire dept. cause of alarm. We won’t be renting through this company again.

The house was very nice and clean. The pool was very relaxing after a long day of fishing. Docking for the boat was great and the cleaning table at the dock was very convenient. Overall I would stay there again. Staff replies pretty quick with any questions you may have.

We rented this property for two weeks this past October and are renting again next year. Loved everything. Only negative is to upgrade pans and they hD no floor mats in bathrooms.

The inside has been newly renovated. It’s very nice. The furniture is old & needs replaced. The pool was great. The view was awesome to watch the boats go by. The outside of the house needs work done. It is close to everything. The beach chairs are old & need replaced. I asked about them before we got there and we’re told the owners replaced them but they had not. The grill was old & needs cleaned or replaced.

The house was amazing! So clean, all the amenities, great communication through out the stay. Would stay again!

Fantastic location, especially if you rent boats! Location convenient to Walker Marine, Rose's Marina, Marco Town Center, sidewalks in neighborhood, 2 bicycles available for use and on a canal where 4 canals come together. Equipped with all necessary appliances. We were lucky enough to have a pair of burrowing owls on our front yard. Dolphins and pelicans frequent the canal. I had my 2 dogs and would have like a small vacuum available for daily floor sweeps, but there was a hand broom with dustpan on site. Communication with rental company was easy and staff are helpful and friendly.

The house was everything we could ask for. The lanai and pool, scenery was very serene and calming. We had all of our needs met and we will be returning in May 2023

We enjoyed the house, it was clean and updated. Quiet neighborhood and location. Would suggest the TV in the master bedroom be updated, I need closed caption and the dated TV did not allow for that.

We had a great stay at 1116 Mulberry. The house is very nice, comfy beds and lots of space. If there were hooks in the bathrooms for towels and a few more lounge chairs out by the pool it would have been perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 children and my parents. We rented a boat and did lots of exploring and shelling. And this house was perfect. All the amenities of home with the bonus of a great view!

Property is in a great location. Home was clean and beautifully done. Rooms were spacious and could see the water from each of them. We spent most of our time in the big pool and lanai. There were pool floats, noodles, volleyball and a football. You don’t need to bring your own. Had the perfect evenings listening to fish jumping and the many birds around. I could have slept out there if there was a couch! I wish I could own this house and will return for more visits. I would recommend more lounge chairs by the pool. It was only my son and I so we were ok since there is only 2. But more than 2 will have to sit in chairs at the table. Even if it’s just fold up ones stored in the garage. Oh, the beach chairs are old and rusty and there are 4 I believe. 2 were bigger and too heavy to drag up Tigertail. The other 2 worked but not sure for how long. Umbrella top didn’t lock in the base so had to hold it the whole time so it wouldn’t blow away. There is also a cooler and 2 bikes in the garage we didn’t use. Would recommend Captain Jack’s Airboat Tour in the Everglades. We had the best time!!! Overall I give this a 10. We had the best experience in this home and Marco Island and will be back.

It needs glassware, dishware, silverware, cooking utensils. It's not ready for a large group, just had enough for our group of five. Please put a Keurig in this kitchen. Most rental homes have them now. The house also needs more towels. Again, we did laundry almost every day because there was only enough towels for a day or two. Lastly, please put some better beach chairs in the garage. The ones there now are rusted, and difficult to use due to age and use. We could only use two of them, but we had a larger group. The AC works great. The laundry appliances are nice and work well. The house is spacious, albeit a bit smaller. It's a great dog house with the large lot. Our favorite part of this house is the oversized pool.

This is our third trip to Marco Island staying at the Mulberry Home. The house is comfortable, private, and well equipped - our children love the pool, fishing on the dock, and the large yard. We really enjoy our time in Marco Island at the "Green House." We have already booked our trip for next year.

We had a wonderful time on vacation in this home. Very spacious and very well kept. Location is easy access to the Marco River by boat and the sunsets were stunning to watch from the pool. We all had a great time and look forward to coming back next year!

We had one of our best times on Marco Island. The house was great. Clean, well maintained and equiped. The pool excellent. The management responded very quick to any need we had.

This home was spacious and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed the pool and outside grill area. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the patio everyday and had easy access to the bay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the house was well equipped. We will definitely come back.

Does not disappoint!! It was very clean and well maintained. Pool and lanai were absolutely great and we spent much of our time out there watching birds and the pair of iguanas in the open yard area. No dolphin sightings though...but the nightly sunsets made up for that - simply beautiful!! We will definitely be back to this house.

We were excited to be coming to this beautiful home until we got there. It was not cleaned. Being Saturday evening we didn't think we would get anyone to come out so we cleaned it ourselves. We had dirty floors,sticky kitchen countertops, dirty swab sticks on the bathroom floor and bandaid wrappers in the shower. Plus ants and spiders . We did get spray for them. Called on Monday and an exterminator came out. After that we did enjoy our stay. It's a beautiful home. Hopefully then cleaning company will be changed.

I'm picky - very picky - and this house is awesome. New kitchen, new bathrooms, freshly painted, nicely separated from adjacent properties, beautiful corner view of water, sizable screened pool, gets sun virtually all day, fast water access to the Gulf, very close to groceries/restaurants. And the property manager (Marco Island Vacation Properties) is absolutely the best up before and during the stay.

VERY clean, which is the most important thing to me. The mattresses, linens and towels are very nice, and management was “Johnny on the spot” with anything we needed. Very well maintained house and beautiful views.

We lived on Marco from 78 - 91. We have been coming here twice a year since 91. This is our third time we have stayed at this house. There are more expensive homes but none with a better location, quiet neighborhood, and friendly next door neighbors. One of the best locations if you have a boat. Quick access to Gulf.

Twin beds mattresses need to be updated. Believe a full size bed in second room,
not queen.

Soon as we walked in everything was nice and clean,the back of the house faces west so the sunsets were amazing.We had lot of fun and caught lot of fish right back of the house .Everything was super close from the house so definitely a great location.i can’t wait to go back again

We just spent a glorious week at this property. The home sits on a beautiful location with the pool and lanai area facing west (beautiful sunsets!) Surrounded on 3 sides by water, it was quiet, luxurious and hard to leave.

Beautiful House in nice location, spotlessly clean,had all necessities. Needed back door lock repair , but very well maintained, pretty and comfortable.

We had the most enjoyable and relaxing week . The house was in excellent condition right in the water . Beautiful swimming pool, the house was fully furnished to our liking . Everyone at Marco Va prop was so nice and accommodating to our needs . We will definitely be back ,Marco island is s place we will visit many more times , it is truly paradise !!!

The home was very clean and well appointed. Fishing from the dock was enjoyable. We caught Sea Ttout, Jack and grouper. We’ll be returning to this home within a few months.

There could be so many great ways to describe our stay at this house. Ill try to at leas cover the most important aspects of it . The moment you do your reservation you are sent an app to better follow up the process, this makes it very easy to keep you informed. kudos to the brokerage for the warm and respectful reception. At the house, everything was so clean and so well decorated that you feel right at home. The layout was fantastic, and the views surrounding the house were amazing. Pool had a great size and super clean , you can tell is professionally taken care for . Patio had a great size Grill where we cooked must of the times when we did. Great bedroomss size with plenty closets .Garage for 2 cars where everything you need for the pool, beach , fishing and more is provided to you . Pleasantly surprised with the 2 beautiful bicycles available as well. Last but not least , if you are looking for some quiet relaxing spot , you found it . I highly recommend it .

We came to Marco for 6 days. House was in a great location, very clean and comfortable furniture. It was also a pet friendly property, which was perfect for us, since we didn't want to leave our small dog at home. We only had a couple of things we weren't happy with. The pool filter was not running when we arrived, so pool had a lot of tiny bugs on top. The house manager came right away and cleaned pool out and had pool guy come next day as well. The owners were also thinking about putting new screen in so that small no-seeum bugs can not get through screen anymore. We were fine with pool the rest of the stay. We also would have liked at least one or two more bikes to use. They only had two, a mens and woman size bike. I had to ride with only one child and leave my 10 yr. old son home. I read about house and that they had bikes, but it did not say how many. I just assumed they would have at least 4 for a family, next time I will check to see if they have 4 bikes. I would definitely stay again especially if they had more bikes. This house has a great water view and we caught some fish off the back dock.

We were very pleased with our home away from home. Very clean and everything they said it would be. We love Marco Island this was our third trip here. Very quiet and close to everything we needed. The house was like being at home.

Great pool area and view with lots of sun most of the day.This home satisfied our requirements but master bathroom could do with a new make over and aware that construction may be going on in the area as many homes have still to repair/replace damaged roofs the last storm.Overall we were happy with our stay and have no real negatives.

Only down fall was the weather. Cool for our stay, but we had a great time. Pool is huge and we had resident ducks next door that our dog loved to entertain. Bathrooms were dated, but the house was clean and comfortable.

We like to stay in Marco about every couple of years. Out of all the locations this was our favorite. I can see us coming back to this home again. Great place if you have a boat also.

This house is at the end of the road on the corner of the canal. You can sit by the pool and watch the boats and wildlife go by. Everything on the island is nearby. It's very private sitting out by the pool. The house has a good layout, but honestly, we didn't spend a lot of time inside! Loved the tiled floors. The kitchen and bathrooms were not updated and look to be from the eighties. The latter bed was uncomfortable and I noticed a piece of plywood under the mattress. The lanai and the large pool were by far the best features of the house as well as the location. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was great to be able to bring our two dogs with us. The only negative, was that there were clumps of dog hair in the pool, and all over the carpets. Being dog lovers, this really was not a turn off, we just vacuumed and skimmed the pool. However, with the extra cleaning fee paid because of bringing pets, it feels like a rip off as it was not cleaned after the previous guests dogs. An extra pet cleaning fee should not be added as it was not cleaned well at all.

Everything in the house was clean except for the ceiling fans. Cushions for patio furniture were replace the beginning of the week. Kitchen knives need replacing as do the cutting board, new master bedroom sheets would also be nice. We loved the view and pool the most and spent a lot of time outside. The lot was great and dog walking was one of our favorite activities. We also took advantage of the bicycles, put air in the tires. I would definitely rent this house again or recommend to friends.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, they ask whether we had a good stay. I can only say it was very nice. The location of the house was exactly to our taste, no transit traffic of cars also very nice neighbors. Yes it was more than we expected. Since this house so well liked we went with her staff Andrew contaced. He is always very helpful and always for one because whenever we had something,we had hardly there it was told him already done. We are with him in the best hands and have indeed already times booked.Also since very liked booked for 3 something us this house back in 2017 for each 2x2 months. Andrew was us very helpul.
Of cours we found clean and the house, the only things that was great in so is the equipment as far as the for the employees of their home. I can only express a praise from them. Whenever we came to the office, they were always nice, polite and very helpfu. Of cours we had it more or less to do with their staff Andrew. Whenever we can, we will recommend their house. Please judge it kindly, Mr Andrew yet again our thanks from.

Perfect vacation, perfect place to stay

Let me make this very clear that this is a great house to rent, as well as a great company to rent from. But on our stay the home watch individual first showed up in the garage uninvited & later entered the house without our permission. He also became indifferent about no window covering in the front window shower, the pool without a skimmer net (to remove bugs ect.) and a reversed shower faucet to name a few because no one else had mention them before. I would have no problem renting this or another property from M.I.Vac.Prop.Inc. in the future. Details & privacy are important them as well as us.

Very good, very easy and so relaxing

This is a clean home that is well maintained. When we arrived rather late on a Sunday night and had difficulty opening our door, the management was at the home within 15 minutes to assist us. Other than that manageable incident, all went well the remainder of our stay.

We loved our stay. A friend and I had this lovely place for a week. Could not ask for a better stay. Our own pool right on the water besides. Close to everything and all the amenities needed for the beach! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Clean and inviting.

This home is well maintained and has a beautiful water view. Situated in a quiet cul de sac. The pool area and outside eating area are so enjoyable. The management was very responsive to our requests. We look forward to our stay in 2016.
