Breathtaking views on the outside, alluring style on the inside. This 1,400 square foot, 12th floor oceanfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two queens and two bathrooms.

Imagine the perfect view. It would start with turquoise ocean streaked with sunlight and waves breaking on silken white sands. You’d need just the right vantage point, high enough for a panoramic view of the entire coastline, and you’d want to enjoy it on a comfortable sofa cooled by ocean trades. Anything missing? Maybe a cocktail to sip as the setting sun paints the sky a bright orange.

This is the view you enjoy every day from the spacious balcony.

The newly re-modeled interior is another sight to behold. It’s exquisitely furnished and designed with elegant touches throughout, like modern sculptural lighting fixtures on the ceiling and granite vessel sinks in the bathrooms. Ceramic pots of exotic grasses add a tropical accent.

Floor-to-ceiling windows along the back wall brighten the space with natural light. The ocean is the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the living room or prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen that comes with all modern appliances and cookware.

In the master suite, the romantic bed canopy curves over you like a breaking wave and faces the windows so you’ll fall asleep to fragrant night winds and moonlight reflecting off the ocean.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning, a washer and dryer, internet, cable, a big screen TV and TVs in the bedrooms. You also have everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler.

The activities are virtually endless in the Sandcastle I. Relax in the heated pool or hot tub. Use a gas grill to barbeque a picnic lunch. Play a game of shuffleboard or tennis on one of the newly re-surfaced courts. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center or get to know some of your neighbors in the social room.

If you want to do some shopping, you’re just a short walk from Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theatres, fine dining and much more.     The condo has a beautiful view of the beach, but it is often very windy and it is not possible to have a meal outside.
    -The master bedroom looks good on the picture but it is not practical at all, you hit your head on the canopy and the feet on the bed frame, which is almost on the floor.
    -The master bath, if you can call it that, is very small with only one sink and a toilet, hardly space for one person. There is a separate shower and a bath, which is okay.
    - The living room furniture is too big for the size of the room and the dining table has such an odd shape that four people can’t sit around it comfortably. What annoyed us most is the stained carpet, a tiled floor would be much more hygienic.
    -The kitchen has everything needed but the dishwasher is very small.

    We would love to come back to the Sandcastle-1 but not to this apartment. Andrew and his team are just great we will definitely book with them again.

    Location and view are exceptional, but... The bed in the master bedroom and living room furniture in my opinion are not for guest over 55 or with a bad back, hips or knees. Master bath was great and other bedrooms were very comfortable. End result the unit's furnishings and equipment need attention.

    My daughter 's family and I come to Marco Island almost every year. It's the best place to go with children for summer vacation, and one of the best place to stay is Sandcastle 1! Unit 1201 has spectacular view not only to the ocean , but also to Marco Island and 1000 Island. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony every evening, watch dolphins and manatees.
