The lanai and pool are so big you’ll feel like you’re in your own private deluxe hotel. This 3,200 square foot waterfront house sleeps twelve, with two king beds, three queens and a sleeper sofa. It has four bathrooms and a two-car garage.

The lanai is enclosed by tall hedges and clusters of palm trees, giving you privacy as you swim in the heated pool or luxuriate in the hot tub, savoring the view of sun sparkling on the blue waterway. Sun loungers line the pool deck. What’s on the luncheon menu of this deluxe hotel? How about a poolside barbeque cooked up on the gas grill?

The private dock gives you access to the deep blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A small deck with chairs on top of the dock is the perfect place to lounge by the waterside, watching for dolphins and enjoying the postcard-perfect sight of palm trees reflecting off the still water.

Beside the lanai, overlooking the pool, there’s a Florida room so big you have to see it to believe it, and even then you won’t believe it. It extends the length of the house, and it’s furnished with a rattan table and chairs, cushioned sun loungers and a wrought iron table, all cooled by overhead fans on the wood paneled ceiling.

Sliding glass doors connect the Florida room to the sun-brightened living room, with a coral-hued tile floor and furniture as comfortable as it is stylish.

The bright gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook up a feast for even the biggest gatherings.

The palatial master suite contains a sofa and big screen TV alongside the dark wood bedroom furniture and bed. The other bedrooms (including the two bedroom family suite with a slatted door between both bedrooms) are every bit as inviting, with stylish décor and windows that let you fall asleep to the fragrant night breezes off the water.

The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet, cable, and a washer and dryer. You also have bikes to explore the Island, and all the beach essentials you need for the short drive to the Paradise Coast, including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and toys for the kids.

    This property is great for large families. We were a multi-family group of eleven and had lots of room. It has plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and multiple gathering places for a big group. The kitchen is very well equipped including plenty of large pots, dishes, and small appliances. There were plenty of extra towels including beach towels. The garage even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. The lanai and pool were both favorite gathering places for sorting shells, napping, reading, playing games, or swimming. The property was well maintained and clean. The grandsons loved gathering mangos that dropped from the property's tree to make smoothies. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Our only concern was the slipperiness of the tiles on the pool steps and lanai, but those areas are clearly marked. Our group also rented a pontoon boat from the local pier and had a great time! I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful vacation!

    it was great.
    the house was so nice the location was great. the people on the island were so nice. I will be telling my friends to come here. The kids loved the pool. the only thing I would change is how hot the hot tub can get, at night it would have been nice to get a little hotter. this place was beautiful

    Great stay. Huge house with plenty of room for all. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and plenty of room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool was perfect. There was a lot of room where you had your own space. Only thing I would change would allow AC to go brow 72, but that is just me since I like it very cold while sleeping. Close to everything.

    Marco Island vacation properties were brilliant to deal with and their handling of a bit of a crisis early on was exemplary.
    The property we eventually stayed at was s typical Marco property if a little older than some. Well equipped, lovely kitchen and lanai pool and cable tv. Beds were really comfy and linens clean and plentiful. We enjoyed using the new bikes and the barbecue. The bathrooms are dated but still charming and, like everyewhere, very clean.
