Helpful Glossery of Terms:
  ♦ "Exposure" - is from the rear of your property, N S E W (Southern exposure would mean the back of the home faces south)
  ♦ "Direct Access" - Boating from your property waterway you would not encumber any bridges to the River or Gulf of Mexico.
  ♦ "Indirect Access" - Boating from your property waterway you would encounter a height restricted underpass bridge.
  ♦ "High Tide" - Where the water in the canal is at the highest level for the day. This level changes daily.
  ♦ "Low Tide" - Where the water in the canal is at the lowest level for the day. This level changes daily.
  ♦ "North end of Island" - for boating usually better access for deep sea fishing, area beaches, quick access to the Marco River. Close to Isle      of Capri and gulf or intercoastal access to Naples.
  ♦ "South end of Island" - for boating not exclusively but more condusive to backwater fishing, shark fishing, and remote beaches. Close to      Goodland and Everglades City.
  ♦ "Inland" - Means the home or condominium is not a waterway
  ♦ "Waterfront" - means the home or condominium is on a canal waterway
  ♦ "Beachview" - property is located on the Beach, but not a straight view into the Gulf of Mexico
  ♦ "Beachfront" - property is located on the beach, and has a straight view of the Gulf of Mexico.
