Great vacation rental

We loved the home and it was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Pool and spa were very nice and warm. Plenty of seating in the family room and patio area. New patio furniture. The extra full size fridge in the garage was a plus. Pack n play and pool toys. A highlight was the dolphin that came by 2-3x a day. The office checked in multiple times. We would love to stay here again.

Great house, great location, great vacation. It exceeded our expectations. The primary bedroom suite and bathroom, the outdoor furniture/living area and water views with dolphins were our highlights. Enjoyed it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. From kayaking with dolphins each morning right from the private patio, to daily short walks to the beach, we could not have asked for more. The homeowner provided so much information about things to do in the area during Christmas week, including restaurant recommendations and Parade of Homes Holiday light tour route. Marco Island Vacation Properties responded very promptly when a a second floor shower developed a leak through the kitchen ceiling below. Although they could not schedule a repair as it was the day before Christmas, they were at the house within a few hours of being notified. We will definitely return to this beautiful property again!

The vacation rental was ideal for our adult group of nine. It was clean and very well supplied. The location was central to activities. We had a light go out in the closet and they sent a maintenance man out the same
day to take care of it. He was professional and respectful of our privacy. Not only did the rental company take care
of the details but they initiated contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Great house, great rental company, great vacation spot!

The house is amazing. We had our annual ladies week there and it exceeded our expectations!

What a beautiful property and location. Even with Hurrican Ian, the home was in great shape. The owners kept my husband fully updated on the condition of the property after Ian. Thankfully we could only see the damage to the screened area, which was fixed during our stay.
The home was very confortable for the entire group. Enough space for alone time or family time. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
What is most impressive was the decor throughout the property. Very thoughfully placed in every room.
One of the best memories would be seeing the dolphins, one was so close to the wall that I may have alerted all the neighbors and maybe the island of it presents.
The only thing I would change is the temperature of the hot tub, it never seemed to get hot enough.
We would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Our family had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of room to accommodate all. Loved the pocket doors in the upstairs bedroom to open 2 rooms up. We had 2 small children we could keep our eyes on. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Short trip to beautiful beach. Would highly recommend this rental.

This was our first time renting with Marco Island Vacation Properties. Top notch customer service and very responsive communication. The House was beautiful, just like the website pictures. It was very well stocked, especially with beach chairs, beach towels and two carts. The walk to the beach was easy, ~10 minutes from garage to gulf. This year we had takeout pizza from Joey’s which is always good, and went to The Boulevard for dinner which was outstanding. We had a wonderful week, highly recommended 123 Landmark!!

We have been coming to Marco Island for years and this is by far our favorite house. Everything was clean and perfect! Great location, quick walk to the beach! And a great rental company to work with! Can’t wait to come back!

123 Landmark is the perfect home with the perfect view. It was clean, had everything we needed and more. We took the kayaks out everyday to paddle around the bay. The dolphin were amazing and everywhere. The beach was super close - 5-7 minute walk. We will certainly return to 123 Landmark!

The house is very clean, beautiful and the dolphins visiting us was really amazing. The house comes with everything you can possibly need, beds are perfect so a great house to stay in.

Great house, great location, we found a beer bottle and beer can under the kids bed as soon as we arrived. The master bedroom hot tub was broken and the upstairs A/C unit was shut off. Do not trust what the property management group tells you, and do not trust the cleaning company. The owner has a very nice home and allowing us to use their "toys" made our trip even better, but the management team owner ruined a couple of days for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. The management team was excellent, the house was great and we would definitely do it again.

We spent a week at this location- three generations ages 2-62. Set up worked great for our group. The master bedroom/large bath was located on the main floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms were all located upstairs, with two additional full bathrooms. The upstairs also had the game room where the grandkids found a Wii video game and had a blast using! The 4th full bathroom was on the main floor located off the kitchen area. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. (A salad spinner would be nice to have. Also a stainer for pasta.) The refrigerator was plenty big- and we also utilized the fridge-freezer in the garage. The pool was a bit smaller- but the kids still enjoyed the swimming immensely. The hot tub spa was used everyday as the air temperatures weren't super warm yet. We found the fishing pools and supplies in the garage- my soon and grandkids enjoyed fishing (catch-release) off the back wall into the bay. The night view of the bay was so pretty! We saw manta rays float past one morning. And one late afternoon we saw three dolphins- a trip highlight! We never used the kayaks but they were there. The house had three bikes, and we rented an additional smaller bike for a seven year old grandson. We were able to walk to the beach everyday (the beach access that is about a block away from the Marriott). This is probably is a 10-15 minute walk. We used the beach chairs and wagon that were located in the garage. I think that beach access point is not nearly as busy/crowded as the South Beach access. And it’s a great location- close to the JW Marriott to walk over and get a drink at the Tiki Bar. (However due to Covid and Spring Break- the Marriott was not allowing anyone NOT staying at the resort to go onto their property- so no Tiki drinks for us this trips!) Overall the house was great for space and location, and we had a splendid week making some fun family memories!

Never stayed at a property that had so many extra linens, blankets, and towels. Everything you need for the beach is there ready for you. Sad we never had a chance to use the kayaks. Only complaint would be the odd shower in the master bathroom, it’s too close to the bench and was awkward trying to shower. Also would suggest a new coffee pot or 2, current pot on its last leg and 8 people can’t battle over one Keurig! :D Thanks to the hosts for sharing this amazing home.

This home was gorgeous inside and out. The furnishings in all rooms were beautiful. The view out the back was breathtaking and the afternoon visit from the dolphins were very entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was great for a short walk to the beach and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for all of us throughout the week. The updates from the management company on trash, spa info, check out, etc were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this house and hope we can come back in the future.

Our family rented this home for an extended weekend and we were not disappointed! The home is equipped with everything you need for a vacation rental - all the kitchen tools necessary for family meals, plenty of beach towels, kayaks, and bikes. The home was spacious enough for everyone in our family of adult children to have their own space. With lovely canal bay views, we’d recommend this home to anyone with a crowd!

Spring Break getaway. This home is furnished with everything you need to hit the beach. The beach was an 11 minute walk and super easy to get to. Every bathroom has a massive quantity of towel/wash cloths/hand towels. Beach towels were also furnished. Grill area with screened in pool was used several times every day. Kayaks were a hit with young and old. We saw a dolphin every day from the house. In short....THIS HOME IS CLEAN AND AMAZING!!!

We had an awesome experience at our Marco Island waterfront house!!! The house seemed to be equipped with everything we needed!!

Our family had a wonderful week in Marco Island. The pool, the lanai and the beautiful view of the canal were a plus. The home had everything we could possibly have needed. Both the owner and manager were very responsive to all our questions and needs. You can tell the owners have thought of everything needed to make our week special. You can't go wrong renting this beautiful home.

A beautiful home filled with all the amenities! We typically vacation by renting condos on the beach or at resorts. This was our first time renting a home. We aa were a little worried about not being right on the beach, but this home was worth it. The home was filled with everything that you needed. Lots and lots of towels, the beds were cozy, tons of throw blankets and extra pillows and covers, all the kitchen necessities, everything we needed for the beach and pool. There was even a beach wagon and coolers in the garage. The pool was perfect! Lots of little extra spaces in the home to escape to. Thanks for a great vacation!

The Landmark house was perfect for us! Plenty of room for 7 guys..2 kayaks..location excellent for getting to Naples. House was clean, comfortable and uncluttered. We would be very willing to use Marco Island Rental Properties for future visits.

Island Dream Home for sure. Nicest place we have ever rented and stayed in. Furnishings, bedrooms all lovely. Sadly one major problem for us which has nothing to do with the property. Public beach access on Marco island is horrible. The beaches are completely hemmed in by condos and hotels. They have great beach access. An inland property, bring your walking shoes because it's a hike. Even after crossing North Collier, it's still a hike. I would vist Marco again but would have to stay in a propert y on the beach

Our family had an enjoyable experience at the property located at 123 Landmark St on Marco Island. For the first time staying on Marco Island, we found the general atmosphere of the Island to be just perfect for our family. With regard to the rental process, it was pretty smooth right from the beginning and throughout the months to come right up to picking up the keys and returning them after we left.

With regard to the property, it was not in the best condition. The cable system was not working and we had to call. Andrew came over reasonably quickly and fixed it. The grill on the patio was a -1 when it came to clean. I personally completely degreased and cleaned the grill before we could use it. The overall cleanliness, I noted as a 3 below. When lifting the cushions off the couches or moving furniture at all, there was a lot of built up dirt, crumbs and other assorted things. I am not saying all was bad, but a good overall cleaning in the house is warranted. While I appreciated the toys and other items left for our use, a number of them were either broken or unuseable. Only 2 out of 6 fishing poles were functional. Again, a general cleanup of everything in the garage would be appropriate. I am sorry if this seems very negative, but I honestly liked the property, etc, but a good cleanup is in order. I will be contacting or you can have the sales agent contact me about next year as we do want to return to Marco Island and use your company again.

Our family of 8 had a fantastic time in Marco Island. The house was great and beautiful. Kids loved the pool and was within a quarter of a mile to the beach. Lots of pool and beach equipment. Enjoyed riding the bikes - haven't ridden one for a while. Kitchen was well equipped and everything we needed to cook our meals inside and outside on the grill. The extra room to watch movies upstairs was great for our grandchildren. Very spacious and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Marco Island.

We (a family of three, with a toddler) just stayed in this house for 8 nights, and it was a wonderful stay. The house is ideally located, as it is walking distance from the public beach access and several good restaurants (and biking distance from our daughter's favorite park on the island). The house also has beautiful open water views, and we saw dolphins playing in the water on multiple occasions. We actually ended up spending as much time relaxing "at home" as we did out! The screened-in porch was a particularly wonderful place to swim, grill and relax. The house is also well appointed - the beds were quite comfortable, the wireless worked well and there were plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, pool and sand toys, etc. We will definitely look to return and stay here again!

So, a pontoon boat rented on the north side of the island will not be able to access the island south of San Marco. There are public tennis courts and a YMCA just around the Conner.

We stayed in this property end of July/early August. In our view the property was ideal for our party of 5. We obviously had a car and then also hired bikes for all of us (there were 2 in the property). We could cycle pretty much anywhere on the island in no time with no great effort or drive in minutes to beach restaurants or shops. We did walk back one night from restaurants but only did that once! Breakfast we usually cycled to one of several nearby. Dinner we used the free cabs linked with certain restaurants. I do not think that there was anything missing from the property that was a problem or that anything else was needed. One issue we had with a faulty tyre on a bike when we first went to use was resolved within just a couple of hours without any fuss. We would undoubtedly go back to the property if we were all looking to go to Marco again.

Great location, nicely furnished, worked great for our group of 9. Beach chairs, kayaks and bikes were a huge plus.

A FISH ON TIME

We had a great stay at 123 Landmark St. the house was extremely clean and well maintained. We were in Marco Island for my son's wedding and the house was a perfect fit for our Family.

We enjoyed being at the beach by day, but longed for the two block walk back to the quiet solitude of this spacious house and away from the crowds. We went during Spring Break 2017 and we got the best of both worlds. We were able to see our friends and their families at the nearby resort on the beach. And we were also able to get away and have good family time of our own. The bonus was the open view to the waterway behind the house. It looks out on 180 degrees of water.
The kids loved looking at the water and seeing a variety of fish constantly swimming by the edge of the property. Lots of space inside the house. We had two families share the space and it worked out perfectly.

The beautiful light yellow home on the intercoastal Bay is grand. We enjoyed a week during the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are all well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked, 2 sets of everyday china, pots and pans are just a couple of examples. Great location too, just a short walk to the beach.

My Family, party of 4, enjoyed a great stay at 123 Landmark. Very peaceful and so close to the beach access. Just minutes away with the bike to enjoy the sunset and to relax at the beach.

The property was family of six adults walked in and everyone thought it was better than the pictures we saw on the Internet. The owners filled the house with everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal. We had a few problems with the refridgerator and the pool but they were taken care of immediately. The real estate agency and Andrew could not be more accommodating. They took care of our concerns and checked on us to see if we were satisfied in a timely manner. We are looking forward to coming again and we will definitely want to stay here.

The house worked perfectly for what we were looking for! The location was fabulous for walking to the beach.

The only problem we encountered was that the heater in the pool was not working properly for 4 days and the pool was unusable till it got fixed on Wednesday otherwise the property was very beautiful and was the perfect size for the 4 adult couples that stayed there.

We truly loved the home the minute we walked through the front door. The views were not only gorgeous but soooo welcoming! Sadly, the weather was not the norm, per the locals, so from someone who loves to sit in the sun by the pool and read, sadly, never had that opportunity. From a location perspective, you are not conveniently located to anything.

Really enjoyed the property. The rental was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Caught plenty of fish right off the back dock area. We didn't see any dolphins during our stay, but saw plenty of tarpons out in the middle of the bay. The egrets and blue herons stopped by almost every day right out back.

This was an absolutely fabulous home and it couldn't have been a more perfect vacation. There was plenty of space for my boys and my parents who joined us but yet it was very inviting to group activities as well. We only went out to eat twice in a week bc of the awesome bbq and lanai and the weather, although late June, was amazing. The pool seems a little small comparatively but with the spa and a built in seat within the pool next to the spa, it was just right. The realty office kindly took care of some issues with the pool and they were really accommodating. I have shared your link with so many friends, can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed this great home for our family vacation. There were 7 of us (including 2 kids) and we all fit perfectly. The pool was a little smaller than we expected, but everyone enjoyed it. Also, it was a bit further than the beach than we thought and took a bit of navigating to find the beach access (go left out of the front door and down to Maple and turn right. Beach access is directly across Collier Blvd). Overall though, it was an excellent vacation and a beautiful, well-kept home.

Our vacation stay was amazing we only had one day which no one had planned for and that was the construction that was going on to both of the properties adjacent to ours. I then contacted Mr. Andrew Valle our agent who took care of everything and relocated us to a better bigger home. He was excellent he really helped us a lot .

123 Landmark on Marco Island was terrific. The amenities and the location were top notch. Just a short bike ride or 10 minute walk to the public access of beautiful Marco Island beach was a major plus. The pool and the deck area on the channel were great for cocktails and fishing or grilling out at night. The channel is hopping with activity w/ lots of fish, dolphins and sting rays to marvel at. The home is well kept and large enough for the two, five person families that stayed. Lastly, the rental agency rep (Andrew) did a great job of communicating prior to, during and after our stay. All in all, a "can't miss" rental property!

My family and I were ecstatic with this house from the moment we walked in! We just kept saying Jackpot over and over! It is absolutely beautiful, the deck, pool, and hot tub were spectacular, and the view was stunning. We saw dolphins every day! The kitchen was well supplied, as well as beach toys and chairs, and it was spotless. The master upstairs with the balcony view was as nice as the downstairs with the stunning bathroom. The beach was 5 minutes away.

Very cold winter in Delaware so what better way to get a break then to head to Marco Island. And what a beautiful home we choose. We had 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room to spread out, relax or hang together! The home was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets and pillows! The hot tub and pool were so much fun as well as the fishing right out back! Beautiful scenery and we got to enjoy the dolphins each evening. Would highly recommend!
