Great Experience from check in to check out, place was clean, beautiful, great neighborhood and restaurants, beach and stores were at a close proximity. I highly recommend.

Wir, eine kleine Familie von 4 Personen, waren für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist gut und ruhig gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Kanal, was toll ist, denn mit etwas Glück kann man dort Delfine sehen :-)

Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch Charm. Innen war es ordentlich und sauber. Der Aussenbereich, also die Terrasse und der Pool waren leider nicht so sauber. Dies war sicherlich dem Umstand geschuldet, dass 2 komplette Screens fehlten. Diese wurden zwar am nächsten Tag unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur kam der Besitzer selbst und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Leider waren aufgrund des kaputten Screens viele Moskitos und Käfer auf der Terasse.
Alles in allem fanden wir das Haus schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und wenn man hier und da ein klein wenig mehr Aufwand reinstecken würde, würde das Haus noch mehr strahlen.

Overall a good experience. However, some things need attention: Pool temperature was supposed to be 85 degrees, but it barely got above 75 degrees, wood trim needs to be repainted, chipped tile needs to be replaced.

This was our first experience with "Marco Island Vacation Properties" and we found it to be an excellent service, professional and friendly as all the Marco Island’s residents. The house is beautiful very spacious and comfortable, homely atmosphere with a gorgeous canal view; Linda, the owner of the house is super charming and ready to solve anything that our hearts desired.
Definitely a Beautiful home that helps treasured those memories, the lasting gift of time well spent.

We enjoyed our stay at 1411 Galleon Avenue. The Lanai and pool area was the most popular place at the house!! Unfortunately the No-see-ums were also popular there as well lol. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions/issues with the air conditioning. The house was clean but could use a good deep clean. Would consider staying here again in the future.

If you are traveling with kids this is the place you want to be. It just mere minutes to walk to the park. Basketball, soccer, ping pong, pool tables, huge play set and even a splash pad for the little ones. As for the house it’s a bit tired. The sheets in the master had no elastic left so they kept coming off. Sheets for the hide a bed had rips in them. Two faucets need finessing to get the water completely off. And where are the tv remotes? We could only find the cable remote so you can’t access Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube. The house was very spacious with great sunshine in the afternoons which is really the most important thing while visiting Florida. We would rent this house again.

I look forward to a return vacation to 1411 Galleon Ave. I arrived to a clean, well equipped, comfortable house at a great location near a grocery store, restaurants, Mackle Park, YMCA and with breathtaking views.

Loved the house. It was very comfortable. The view was so nice.

Communication - Ease of checkin and checkout - A+. Location to drop off and pickup keys was easy. Staff were helpful. Lots of communication regarding garbage days/times and messages regarding stay.

House was well manicured, clean kept in decent shape. If i had ONE complaint (and this goes for almost any rental property I have ever rented). Sharpen your kitchen knives once in awhile and stock a pair of kitchen scissors. This may be trivial but I think its the one thing I missed.

Pool/yard/dock - all pleseant and well kept

Drive - distance to beach too far to walk but you could ride bikes in 1/2 hr. Drive was 5 minutes. Parking all over marco island is expensive and hard to find, especially on weekends.

Beds were all comfy. Showers had decent water pressure.

Swimable pool, boat dock, nearby Mackle Park for sports and cultural activities. Bike to the gulf beaches. Great views from the south facing windows and lanai. Well equipped home and managed by attentive and friendly staff.

This was our second year renting this property and the condition of the property has gotten allot worse. The carpeting in the dining room was soiled and in both spare bedrooms. The washing machine was leaking water and needed service along with the carpet needed cleaning. Both items were rectified by Marco vacation properties. The inside needs painting.

Beautiful well appointed home with high has an open concept with all rooms looking onto the pool the pool area faces south there is sunshine most of the day.About a 15 min walk to the beach access point or just drive and park if you are in a rush to catch the sunset over the ocean.We will return again.

The master bed mattress is very old, tempura?, ants too soggy. The bed frame is very rickety. The owner does not check before visitors’ arrival. Eg insufficient glasses. The barbecue is past it’s sell-by date.

This is our 5th house we have rented on a Marco Island. This house was beautiful and centrally located by stores, restaurants, the beach. We loved the huge windows overlooking the water way. We saw dolphins in the canal twice. We caught lots of cat fish off the oversized dock. The house was clean. We loved the addition of the outdoor bathroom outside by the pool. It was very convenient for our children. The house even has a couple of coolers, beach toys, a beach umbrella and beach chairs. A very nice plus! We would definitely stay in this house again.

Our family stayed for ten days in this house in July 2019, and we had a great time. Very practical floor plan, and a really nice pool area. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals. Also very nice to find beach chairs etc. in the garage. We found the house clean and tidy, and had no complaints to the management company. Highly recommend it!

The pool is in the back and centerpiece of the property and all doors lead to it. Master , living, den or Florida room and living room and one other bedroom lead to the pool. From the pool you get a great view of other nice homes and boats/piers. And once we saw a pair of Dolphin swim by in the late afternoon. We kitchen is large and airy. Comes well equipped with most of what you need. For example we made beef potato stew one night and fresh salsa , tacos , and margaritas on the rocks another night. We were able to find all we needed in the kitchen. Pots, pans, flatware, plates, glasses, even margarita type glasses. Large airy garage for one large or 2 compact vehicles. We parked our SUV inside and truck in driveway. Beach chairs, balls, coolers, pool noodles, even some fishing items in garage. So peaceful and quiet. Really not much to do in Marco island but beach and pool and nature type sight seeing. But if you want to relax from the Hustle a d Bustle, this is your Mecca.

We rented for 2 weeks at the end of May and were extremely pleased with our choice of property, it was well presented , clean and tidy and in a good location for everything.

There were a few area of the property that were starting to show their age but this did not detract or affect in any way,

We didn’t find the property lacking in any essentials and we had a great trip. The view from the pool was great and we were thrilled to see a dolphin in the canal most days.

Communication with Marco Island Vacation Properties was great, they responded promptly to email and provide a simple and straightforward booking and check in process - essential when you are travelling from abroad.

Great house in very quiet residential location with great views along canals. Plenty of space, decent sized pool, close to local park. Practical kitchen and bathroom - though could be modernised. Decor and furniture ok, but not our taste. Great broadband speed and access to films on TV

Had a family of 6; we were comfortably accommodated. Pool was great. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Beach amenities were excellent. Cleaning staff went above board to clean up after previous tenants, who left the house in disarray.

Our group consisted of 2 octagenarians and their married couplel off spring. The house was amply large for us and everyone had comfortable rooms. The best features were the swimming pool- all screened in, so not many bugs and the wonderful view of a canal, which gave us much entertainment watching the resident Ospreys, a visiting pelican, a couple of playful dolphins and a handsome bird unknown to us. We were sorry no manatees! We found several excellent restaurants in the area- warning make reservations well ahead-used the grill a couple of times and generally ate in for breakfast and lunch. the kitchen was adequately stocked- although a dish cloth or sponge would have been handy.
Unfortunately I contracted pneumonia, so activities were curtailed, but the clinic and hospital in Naples were excellent.

Our family of 7 (including Grandma, great grandma, 4 year old and a toddler) had plenty of space in this bright, clean home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. Only disappointment was pool never got warm enough to truly enjoy.

This was the first time that my wife and I rented a house for a Florida vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Marco Island as the home was located on a canal in a very quiet neighborhood. It was situated less than 2 blocks away from beautiful Mackle Park and within 1 1/2 to 2 miles from a grocery store and the beach. We rented bikes for the week from the Island bike shop (very reasonable) and biked everywhere throughout Marco. We traveled to Goodland (15 minute drive) for a chartered fishing trip and 65 miles to Shark Valley in the Everglades (a must see for nature lovers).The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed (towels, beach chairs, 2 fishing rods, gas grill, warm water pool, etc.) The rental office was less than 2 miles away and even though we arrived after business hours and left before business hours, the key pickup and dropoff went very smoothly as we were given a code for the key box. It was a great week and we can't wait to return next year!

The house is well maintained. Sent allot of time enjoying the pool.The only suggestion we have is to update the mattress and spring in the two spare bed rooms.

Our recent stay at 1411 Galleon was all we hoped it would be. The home was very clean and the view across the pool and up the canal made for great pictures. The master bedroom was very spacious with a large walk-in closet.
The kitchen was very well laid out and fully equipped— gas grill was perfect for cooking outdoors under screened in patio area. An earlier review had indicated that some areas may need a refreshing— that apparently was done recently because new flooring and painting looked great.

Very easy process with MIVP and quick response to any inquiries that we had. The pictures don’t really reflect how beautiful and peaceful this property is. Whether you are relaxing by the pool overlooking the canal or enjoying coffee in the kitchen, you have an unobstructed view of the pool and canal. Location is close to the beach and the owners provide very nice Tommy Bahama (4) beach chairs if you want to sit in the beach. We rented bikes ( not provided) and rode to the beach or around nearby Mackle Park (bike path) every day. Highly recommend going to Stan’s Idle Hour on Goodland on Sundays for great music, food,drinks, and very interesting people watching! Don’t miss the Farmers Market on Wednesday mornings at Veterans Park. So much to see and do and then relax in the pool or beautiful house, We’ve stayed at four other properties and this is one of our favorites. Ok, if I had to complain about one thing it would be the bed pillows (all were too flat). I wish there were some full and soft pillows too. We did request a DVD player for late night movie and MIVP had one delivered and set up the next day. Overall a great home and experience.

The house is inmaculate! It has improved all ours expectations. It is perfectly equipped and has an incredible view. It was very clean. We will definitely go back and recommend this property to my friends!

Quiet, relaxing home close to beaches and restaurants. We brought our skiff and visited different sand bars and beaches daily. Canal in the back yard was a short ride to Caxambas park where you can launch your boat, purchase bait and fuel. typical Marco Island atmosphere. Only bad part was leaving.

I was surprised how many homes were still impacted from Irma and other Storms. Fortunately, this property seemed relatively unscathed.
Beautiful spot along the canals, felt like we were on the water every day. Only thing better would be if we were on the beach.

This was our 10th time in Marco Island, but our 1st in this home. We were exceptionally pleased with the cleanness of the property when we arrived. The house is well equipped with all necessary amenities and although a bit far from the beaches, it is in a very quiet and safe location and we would go back anytime. I sincerely recommend this rental.

Marco is a very restful place. Clean, nice people, quiet, excellent beach, clean sea - perfect for a restful holiday. However, the supermarkets are VERY expensive.

This Villa is in a lovely position to get the sun on the pool all day long, what they call southern exposure! This is very important if like me you intend to sunbathe by the pool, the Villa itself is very light and airy with high ceilings! A lovely place to stay! 5 Stars!

This home was perfect for our island visit. The home was very clean, beautiful view along the canal. Nicely decorated and comfortable living space. There was new construction next door, which detracted from the obience from the lanai area. Staff at the management company were very friendly and professional. We would definitely rent this home again. Already looking forward to our next visit. ????????

We had a very comfortable 2 week stay in this bright, airy, clean home. Kitchen is very spacious with the beautiful wide waterway views. The pool and lanai where very nice.

The house was very clean and well kept.Andrew at Marco vacation rentals was excellent to deal with and their App for my smartphone explained everything for the house as well as what to do in and around town. We loved staying on the south side of Marco Island was quiet and close to Mackle park.

We had a great time at this residence. The home is as stated. Very clean great location pool faces the south for sun. On a canal for fishing and view. Located near beach shopping and restaurants. I have this home put on hold as we plan to go back next year.

A well Maintained Excellent Property managed by a careful owner and a very efficient helpful Agent.
For the future however a property is being constructed overlooking the property which may restrict the sun shining on the pool

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully maintained home. The layout and furnishings are perfect. This home is equipped with everything you could want or need. It is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to the beach and many restaurants. We loved being able to hop on our bikes and ride without dealing with traffic, even though we were in Marco during the busiest weeks. I highly recommend this property.

This rental home on the canal is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The whole back of the house is windows with a wonderful view of the canal. It is close to beaches and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. I highly recommend this home! Our week could not have been more perfect!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this property for a week. For the two year old, her parents and her grandparents it was ideal. The layout was perfect. Loved the pool and its view of the canal. Very clean. The location was just a short commute to everything on the island. I would recommend this home to others.

This house is worth every penny spent to stay here. The view from the back is wonderful, we saw dolphins and manatees and lots of different birds and geckos! The house is in perfect shape with everything you could need for your stay. Having a pool was awesome. Linda the owner was a dream to work with. I highly recommend this property.
