This 2,300 square foot house sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two fulls, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
The turquoise waterway lined with palms spreads out behind the house, creating a constant backdrop while you’re preparing meals in the kitchen, having a family dinner in the dining room, or relaxing in the living room. With an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, the sparkling water is so vivid it feels like a vast blue tiled room just outside the window.

You’ll get an even closer look from the luxurious vantage point of your heated pool, out on the lanai.

The picturesque dock belongs to you. Tie up your boat or lie back on the recliners and see if you can spot a passing dolphin or manatee.

The master suite features window doors that open out onto the lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub with a garden view.
The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. It also gives you everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
You’re just a short walk from the public beach access point, which takes you to the Paradise Coast and its warm sands, turquoise waters and endless array of watersports.
Other short walks take you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden, and to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with boutiques and plenty of fine dining options.

This was our 7th rental in Marco. It was a lovely home. We loved the location! We will definitely consider staying her again!! A wonderful time was had by all. Property Management company was excellent. They provided text communications before, throughout and after our trip. I especially liked the reminders about the trash and recycling days. Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had the best time! So much room for all of us when we were there, We went to the beach every day and used the chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys provided. T,he umbrella was missing a part but we made do. The wagon was wobbly and too hard to pull all our stuff but we had enough people to carry everything the short walk to the beach. We played in the pool and fished off the dock. Even caught a few fish. We loved our stay!

Beautiful, bright home. Bright because there are only sheers in the main bedroom. No sleeping in but who cares? You want to get up and enjoy the home, pool and all the water creatures that you see! We saw dolphins, stingrays, a manatee, schools of fish splashing around. The home has fishing poles, bikes, pools toys, everything you need! Plenty of seating inside and outside. Very quiet location. If you are here to party outside, this is not your house. They have a very strict noise ordinance. We sat outside at night, talked and laughed but had no issues. Also plenty of restaurants to choose from. Beach is only a mile away. Recommend taking a cruise on the Marco Princess (we have been on this three times) to learn all about the island and to see the beautiful homes. Highly recommend this house!

We saw sting rays, tarpon, dolphins and magnificent sunrises.
The home felt cozy and had areas for individuals to seek a quiet space.
Would have liked it if there was a dresser in the master bedroom.
The one drawback to this rental is the fact that it is located on a very busy street that is used as a short cut for cars and trucks.
The property management folks are fabulous! They are a family who live on the island and are available to help with any requests from renters. They did a wonderful job trying to accommodate the governor's mandates relative to Covid19. If you are lucky enough to work with them in
the future give them a hearty thank you for all their efforts. There are many lessons to learn during this current pandemic and one of them is to show kindness to others as they are doing the best they can under very difficult
circumstances. Many thanks to the Vale family!

Overall it was a very nice place with a great view. There were a few items that we were unhappy with. When we arrived I noticed that someone had placed a thermometer in the freezer and it was reading 26 deg F. I figured that may be caused by the refrigerator just being turned on. That was not the case. The freezer never got cold enough to keep ice cream from melting. So we wasted a few gallons of ice cream. The second item was the camera on the pool. I understand that cameras have become a norm but this camera is angled in a way that also looks right into the family room area. That was creepy and also pointed out by many others who reviewed this place on social media.

The house was perfect! Each of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view. We spent our days on the beach, evenings in the pool, and nights sitting around the pool playing cards. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was only six blocks from the beach so it was easy to walk to each day.

We just loved the house. Perfectly set up with all we needed. We used pretty much everything from the outdoor grill, heated pool, fishing from the dock on the water. fully stocked kitchen (we cooked thanksgiving dinner)and the beach chairs and cooler we used almost every day. Our family of 5 plus my mom were comfortable and loved this home.

We found these tiny ants around the bathrooms, I know its a Florida problem but for some people it could potentially be a PROBLEM....
Also the bedrooms should have shades, if you like to sleep in, forget it, the sun will take care of that at the crack of dawn...

We had a great time in Marco island with family, this house was very comfortable, spacious and clean, well stocked, great location, the pool was clean, and the view from the pool to the huge canal in the back was very attractive, a 10 minute walk to the beach, there are a few things that can be corrected: the master bedroom has sheer drapes which makes it impossible to sleep in, the sun rises right by that sliding door, there are security cameras at the front entrance and by the pool, we felt lack of privacy. There were bikes and kayaks in the garage but they were locked, we weren't able to use them.

Our party of four adults enjoyed the past two weeks at this property and while we had a couple of maintenance challenges, we did find the house to be exactly like the photos and a very pleasing property overall. Andrew and his team at Marco Island Properties were very professional to deal with and gave us good service in response to the minor issues that we encountered. As other reviewers have mentioned, the view from the kitchen, the pool and dock areas were especially delightful. As two couples, the layout of the home was perfect and allowed for privacy if one party was up earlier than the other etc. We found the location of this house to be very convenient for everything we needed. It was our first time to the area and would recommend Marco Island for a laid back, family fun holiday. We struggled to find excellent dining in the area but with such a spacious kitchen, it was easy to fire up the bbq and cook at home. Overall a very good rental experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marco island. This property was beautiful! It was a very well maintained property and was equipped with everything you could possibly need while vacationing.
The walk to the beach from this property is not terrible but be advised if you have folks in your party that do not get around well, it could be lengthy for them. The pool area is wonderful!
Finally, Marco Island Vacation Properties is by far the BEST rental company we have dealt with...EVER! They are incredibly attentive! Their mobile app is wonderful and they are great at sending reminder emails for things as simple as trash collection days! They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!
I would highly recommend this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house on the 101 Landmark Street was wonderful. Very clean bright rooms, everything you need was present. Our kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very large. With the bikes we explored Marco Iceland. The house we can only recommend.We loved it here!

We arrived at night and the check in process was smooth and easy. The house was immaculate and in a fabulous location close to everything. The furniture is comfortable (yes, including the bed) and the kitchen is well stocked. The heated pool and dock cannot be beat! The master bath was the cherry on top. Rent bikes and you can ride everywhere! We had 2 minor issues with the AC and the pool and the rental company was there to repair within 15 minutes. Great service and communication.
