Beach Club 403

Great location and clean apartment. My only complaint is the bed. It is so hard and not comfortable at all. It was hard to fall asleep the first night because it was so bad. A mattress pad would do wonders. Other than the bed, it was great. There were chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and a beach cart for you to use as well. Would recommend.

I liked the property enough to book for next year, but there are a few things that could be improved. #1 the bathroom faucet leaks water all over the top of the counter. #2 Remove the mold from around the base of the shower. #3 Replace the frayed and worn bath towels. #4 should really have an outlet next to the kitchen table #5 the couch saw its better days years ago! It is worn to the point that it creaks and groans every time you sit down or get up. #6 last but not least, The rent on the unit is starting to be priced out of reach, even though I know that there is always someone willing to pay the higher price. I have been faithful to this unit for the past 3 or 4 years, and have booked for next year

Nice unit in a building right across the ocean. The building has a pool and bar b q's and an ice machine for the beach cooler. Plenty of parking. The unit did not have any spare bags. No dishwashing liquid either. The refrigerator should be turned on before the guest arrives.

Rental company was very accommodating when we had to book this unit last minute to to having one too many people at another condo. Everyone was extremely friendly that we talked to/ texted with. The only negative was that it could have been cleaned a little better. Upon opening the pull out couch, we found chip crumbs all over it. This wasn’t too bad because we had to put the sheets on before sleeping.
It was very convenient to get to the beach where our other family was.

We had a wonderful time, location was great, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. The bed was a little uncomfortable otherwise a very cute 1 bedroom condo. I especially appreciated having all the supplies for the beach availability to me. We usually go to Marathon, but this was so much more enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Great condo with everything you need for a perfect stay.

I highly recommend staying here. The room was incredibly clean and came stocked with everything we could need. It is decorated nicely and makes really good use of a somewhat small space. The building this condo is in seems a little bit older, but is very clean and has been kept up incredibly well. I thought the location is perfect because of the easy access to the beach. We had a rental car and used it to drive to restaurants and shops, but the area does have great sidewalks and is great for walking and biking. I emailed and texted the rental company and found them very friendly, professional, helpful, and quick to reply.

We loved our stay at the Beach Club. The check in/out process was easy and the staff was very helpful. The condo itself was spotless. It was exceptionally clean. The condo was as described. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The couch folds out so the kids slept there with no complaints. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The property was very well maintained and clean. The heated pool was wonderful and the pool area was very clean as was the grilling area. The grills were easy to access and use. We grilled everyday we were there. The pickle ball and shuffle board courts on the property were well lit so we played in the evenings. The walk to the beach was easy, took maybe 5 minutes from condo to sand. The beach area was beautiful with plenty of room to socially distance from others. The property location was great. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the Beach Club 403 and were very impressed with the cleanliness, the amenities included with the unit and the beautiful balcony view. The condo is in great condition just as shown in all the pictures and also includes beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart to haul it all to the beach. The pool and surrounding pool area were very well kept and the grills were a great bonus to be able to use by the pool. The pickleball courts were great to be able to use and the private beach access across the street was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the bed was a very firm.

I requested pillows, towels, and wash cloths, and they were promptly delivered. It seems that the bedding issues must be out of the control of the owners, and probably due to the cleaning crew I am paying $125 to maintain the condo. While I am on the subject, at over $200 a day, why would you use gas station toilet paper? One thing the owner might be able to control is that there is nowhere to hang a bath towel. Could use a few hooks in the bathroom. Over all, the condo was very acceptable, except for the bedding issues. I would find a different cleaning crew. Anyone who puts sheets on a bed in that condition deserves to be replaced.

The beach is easily assessible from the complex. The condo was clean & very comfortable. Overall the complex is very well maintained. Beach chairs & umbrella are available to use.Items such as dish detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, paper products were also provided. Bring personal items such as shampoo etc. Marco Island rental management provided easy check in process & responded quickly to questions. We recommend this property.

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The kitchen is really well equipped and the beach equipment is super helpful. The patio is screened in and a great size. The pool is heated and gets a lot of sun and the private beach access is perfect! My only negative comment would be the sofa bed isn’t very sturdy for adults so I wouldn’t use this if the trip is 4 adults, our 4 year year old slept on it and that was perfect but I wouldn’t put an adult on it. Overall the condo was perfect for our trip and we had a great time!

This gem was right across the street from the beach. It was super cute. We could see the ocean from our wonderful balcony. Exactly like the photos. Brand new paint. Sparkling clean, lovely pool!

The apartment was clean & well maintained. Good amount of towels & toilet paper for our 3 day stay. Very basic items in the apartment (no extra toiletries/extra kitchen wash items like dish liquid). Definitely bring some sponges, dish soap, & your own toiletries. Bring your own toilet paper if you like plusher toilet paper. Definitely bring your own basic kitchen items like sugar, coffee filters, & cooking spray. AC cooled very well. Bed was firm (great for me) but if you like softer beds (like my husband) just bring a topper for some extra plush. The only hiccup we had was that we were unaware that the water was turned off so when we arrived late at night, we had to call the after hours number for assistance (which I don’t like to do). The water heater took a while to warm up too once we turned the water on also because it was turned off at the electric panel which again we were unaware of. Now that we know what to expect we can come better prepared. But definitely keeping this place in mind for the future.

The rental was just big enough for my wife and me.2 things that they should fix 1 the beach umbrella was all broken 2 another renter posted that the bed was not very good. When you sleep in it every time you moved it squeaked really bad. That needs to be fixed. All in all I would rent it again

This location is ideal in that it has convenient access to the beach through a locked gate, opened by your room key. Others have to park in $12/day parking lots or walk to the few public beach access while at this property you merely walk across the street and down the alley to the beach. The condo was clean and recently renovated and painted. It has all you need including a beach cart with beach chairs and beach umbrella. There is a nice screened-in balcony off the living area. The beds and furniture are comfortable. It's an older building that has been well maintained. The pool is excellent with nice furniture and umbrellas and beautiful landscaping. Very good value in a prime location.

Our one bedroom condo was clean and comfortable, well-suited for two people (four people would be a stretch unless two were small kids). While the decor could be updated, it had everything we needed for a two-week stay. Location was excellent, on a relatively quiet part of S. Collier Blvd, and across the boulevard was the complex's own entrance to the beach. Very good restaurants within walking distance (less than one mile).

Another summer and another exciting stay at the Beachclub. Family had a great time for the 4th of July weekend! great weather, fishing, pool, barbecue, etc. Looking forward to returning this summer one more time hopefully!

The condo had everything you would need for a weekend. Kitchen was compact, perfect for 2 people. The smelled and looked clean. Sofa may need updating...great to have beach chairs, beach towels and even sunscreen! Great stay and literally a 3 mins walk to the water....

Our first time in this part of Florida. The rental was equipped with everything we could have imagined perfect location, near beach, restaurants ,clean, nice pool. The owners left a helpful information chart on the fridge. We enjoyed PINCHERS restaurant for their selection of sea foods. A perfect get away.

Condo with beach access - nice place to unwind and relax

Overall a good experience. However, the mattress is extremely worn out and therefore most uncomfortable. It should have been replaced years ago.
There is mildew/black mold growing in the shower at the bottom. These are easy fixes and should have been resolved before our arrival.

We found it very easy to book this site through VRBO. They answered any questions we had . Although this apt is very compact it was very clean and the location was very desirable since this building had a direct access right across Collier St. to the beach. For us this was a great advantage since access points to the beach are quite limited for those not staying at one of the high rise buildings (resorts/condos) facing the beach. Also a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

The condo itself was perfect for my recent stay on Marco Island. I enjoyed all the amenities including the great location, private beach and pool area. The screened lanai over looking the pool, main strip and ocean view was especially lovely as I spent each early morning out there sipping my coffee. I appreciated how clean and well stocked this little condo was and everything you need for a great beach vacation was provided! The only drawback during my stay was the construction on the new roof. Being on the 4th floor it was extremely loud and messy. On a number of days my rental car was covered in soot and debris from the tear off. Another thing to note is that although this unit is completely non-smoking, smokey air does find it's way into the unit because many guests from other units smoke on shared outside entrance balcony. I understand these things are completely out of the scope of this owner's control but would suggest additional weatherstripping and insulation be added to the front door seal to keep indoor air cleaner. During my visit you could clearly see gaps of light/space around door perimeter where smoke and little insects get in. Regardless, the roof construction was nearly complete by the end of my visit on 5/7/2018, so I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again. Thank you!

Our condo had every provision to enjoy our week. It was so perfect for all our needs, clean and best location.Could not have had a better experience and all it took was one phone call and a wonderful property manager to help select this unit.

Love the location of the unit on the island. The walls seem to be in need of repair. There are black marks up and down the main hallway in the unit as well as the bedroom. Its from people and their suit cases.

This place was advertised on for $250 for 3 nights, which seemed like a great deal. After making the non-refundable reservation, I was forced to sign a new contract that added another $250 in cleaning fees, making for a total of $567. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam, where these outrageous cleaning fees (for a 3-night stay) were only mentioned in the small print while booking.

We found this non beachfront rental satisfactory to previous stays at the Apollo.

We had a great time, the condo rent is less than half of what a room directly across the street rents for, and we had everything we needed to do some light cooking, laundry (coin operated) and the pool was wonderful and not crowded. We really enjoyed boating on Marco island, so many dolphins! We also drove to Naples (about 35-40 mins) to rent boats, do some charter fishing, shop at the outlet mall. It was a nice relaxing warm getaway!

The Marco Management team down the street at S Collier were excellent. The person that we talked to on site was not helpful with anything we asked him. He finally told me that we were not his clients and basically dismissed us. Although the unit was pretty clean, I think you need to talk to your cleaning person. There was a bra behind the bedroom door, an empty wine bottle under the bed and also a dirty, pink footie under the bed. Kind of weird. And gross. But for the price, we would definitely stay here again.

BC 403 was clean and very comfortable the general facility was very well kept being that it is not a new modern building.

Well priced, well equipped one bedroom condo. Beach access was right across the street. The unit was clean and had a small but well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers were stored in a closet and available for use. Pool was well maintained although we did not swim in it. Spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. The staff from the rental office was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our unit even had a partial gulf view. Would recommend. Lots of great restaurants in all price ranges. The esplanade was a great place to dine, shop or enjoy a cocktail. Rented bikes and got to see most of the island. Great vacation!

We booked Beach Club 403 about 3 hours before arrival - very last minute but the service from Marco Island Vacation Properties could not have been better, fantastic communication. Beach Club is an older building across the road from the beach. 403 is an immaculately presented unit and seemed to be very newly renovated and furnished, perfect for a couple. Pool was very warm and the beautiful beach and sea a few minutes stroll away. Just a pity the weather wasn't as perfect as the apartment as we would have loved to have spent more time on the beach. Would definitely recommend this apartment and the professionalism of Marco Island Vacation Properties, you won't be disappointed.
