South Seas Tower 4-301

Updated and modernized condo in Tower 4, 3rd floor. We loved our stay. The mngr group is very welcoming and friendly. This is a stress free condo. We loved the open floor pan, living room and tv setup too. Sunset view was great! Parking, washer and dryers were easy to deal with. Lots of beach gear for everyone. Pool, beach and relaxing all in one place.

It condo was as very nice. We found everything in place and clean . Would stay again no problem.

My rental was very nice and cozy. It has been upgrades and the furniture and everything was very nice. It was great and a great price!

The unit we stayed in had everything you could imagine to make our stay pleasant. Love the cart they have to go to the beach. The unit is so bright and the furnishings well maintained.

The condo was wonderful. Everything we needed was included and the condo is beautiful. The beach cart made it easy to take chairs, umbrella and drinks to the beach. We had great weather every day and a spectacular sunset every evening from the balcony.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was clean,well stocked,and beautifully decorated. Your instructions were great. We had no issues at all. If we had any questions,we would refer to your website and found the answer. Poop

We had a great experience at this rental property! Everything was included in the condo, it was easy to get to the shops and restaurants. You do need to have a car if you want to leave the property. Otherwise, beach is within walking distance and a nice size pool is right next to the building. Condo was clean and nice. Owner was super easy to get in touch too and answered all our questions. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for great experience!

This was our first time in Marco. Some of our friends from home gave us tips and places to go. We loved the area and loved the condo. The owners had plenty of beach items to use. We will be back!!! We

My husband and I just returned home after spending a week in Diane's Rental. It was a wonderful, relaxing week in an absolutely beautiful condo. The condo was spotless and fully furnished with anything you might need. You can pack light when staying here - just bring your clothes, toiletries, and some groceries; everything else is provided. It's obvious that the owner takes pride in her condo - from the comfortable "homey" decor to the luxurious sheets and bath towels to the well-stocked kitchen. Even the dishes are all matching pieces! The owner responded to my many questions quickly and in a friendly manner. One thing I would like to share about the condominium complex, though. It seems to be geared more toward adults - there are many rules that families with children might find confining. There is a quiet, "adult" feel to South Seas.

We only stay one week at Marco island and we rented this condo ,everything was real good organized.

Our stay was nice and relaxing. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our week long trip. The building is a little dated and lots of construction was going on, including the laundry unit, but the condo itself was very nice. It was a good walk to the beach swatting lots of mosquitos on our way there, but the wagon (we had to fix the front wheel) and chairs were very convenient and the beach was beautiful! The pool was also a nice added bonus.

The owners of this condo have taken great care to stock their beautifully decorated condo with luxury hotel fluffy towels (and lots of them), paper supplies including TP, kleenex & paper towels as well as liquid dish soap and dish washing detergent. There were enough garbage bags for the entire stay. Normally we have to purchase all these items to set up house for the week. Spices were available in the cupboard as well as plenty of dishes and pots & pans. A refrigerator that had a water and ice dispenser was much appreciated. A nice blender helped to make smoothies and mixed drinks. I guess the only down side was the washer and dryer were around the hall corner (but close to the condo) and required a payment card be loaded to use either the washer or dryer. The South Seas Tower is a gated resort and you must show your parking pass each time you enter. A key is required to get into the building and another to access your condo. A code or key is also required at the gate to the beach. It was safe but seemed like a lot of keys were needed. We came in late and got a little confused as to which tower was which. Maybe better signage for after dark? Overall a great unit and fun stay. Lots of shells found at Tiger Tail Beach...

We (family of 4, parents and adult kids) had a great week here. The condo was spacious an comfortable and perfectly located as a base to enjoy the beach as well as the nearby Everglades. Everything necessary was provided. It overlooks a natural area with mangroves and wading birds, as well as the beach and Gulf. The beach is excellent for walking, shelling, swimming and just relaxing. A recommendation: If your reservation is with Marco Island Vacation Properties (as ours was), do what they suggest and download and use their app. I didn't, and found I was missing some essential info that delayed our access to the condo. As a result I had to text the contact person, which didn't work too well as the responses weren't helpful. But when I called the after hours number, all was made clear. And then when our keysets were missing the essential front door keys, a staff member came immediately to replace them.
