We stayed for a week with 2 families. Including 4 teenagers. Everyone had a great time!

Pros:
Great location
Nice pool with pool toys
Beach accessories included (chairs, coolers, umbrella)
Dock for boat (highly recommend renting a boat)
Several bikes provided

Cons:
Pillows are flat
Installing a keypad for check in/out would be much more convenient
PlayStation had no games and only one controller

We had a few minor issues that were corrected very quickly.
Overall a perfect place!

The house has been remodeled extensively inside and out and everything is very nice. The back living area (family room, kitchen eating area, lanai) has a wonderful canal view. It was very clean with new furnishings throughout. Master bedroom and bathroom is very nice.

The quirks - there is only one additional bathroom intended to serve the other 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (upstairs loft area) has no bathroom on that floor. The microwave oven is at knee height in the kitchen. The soap/shampoo shelf in the master bathroom is also at knee height.

Finally, the front of the house faces San Marco Blvd which is one of the busier streets in Marco. Fortunately, Marco Island is very quiet with little traffic after 9 pm.

Beautiful home, spectacular view, great location. The appliances need some help (mold, doors not closing on fridge, dishwasher not cleaning loose bricks to the pools causing kids to fall. If things were fixed this would be 5 star.

We traveled with one other family so they were nine of us total and the house was perfect. The layout was great, had everything we needed, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the kids loved fishing off the dock in the back. It was wonderful having the beach chairs and umbrella available but recommend getting to the beach early if you were there during a busy time of year. We also enjoyed the bikes and it was a quick and easy trip to Publix and the hardware store. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

We had a nice time here. Plenty of beach amenities are included (chairs, cooler, umbrella), four bikes too. The pool is small but warm and clean with lots of floatie toys for the kids to use. The couch mentioned in earlier reviews was replaced during our stay. TVs and wifi were great, no problems. My only comments are that not enough bath or pool towels were initially provided, but the management company responded immediately when we asked for more...the only other negative: this house needs a pizza wheel cutter desperately! We had a relaxing time here, and management was responsive and proactive.

This house was perfect for us. The property description was right on and the pool and yard were maintained very well. The bedrooms accommodated all of us quite easily with large areas in the main room and the kitchen to hang out in. The customer service was great with reminders for trash and recycling every night before and we even got to rent 3 bikes from them (there were already 2 that come in the garage for free). It was about a 2.5 mile bike ride to the public beach access and a beautiful ride to catch the sunset. All in all, awesome

Great property in a convenient location. Well equipped and well decorated - we would definitely use this home again for our future travel plans to Marco Island

The experience was superb across the board as reflected below.

Loved the house! Loved the location! The only negatives that can’t be corrected is the noise from the traffic on San Marco Road. The jacked up pick-up trucks and motorcycles were a constant reminder of the sunrise/sunset travel on that busy highway. Don’t get me started on the late night weekend passage to Stan’s...Another quick note, the kitchen was poorly equipped if you liked to stay home and cook. In closing, it was one of the cleanest and well-furnished rental that we have lived in...a darling well-maintained bungalow on a canal!

Enjoyed property very much. Only thing I would change is to add another bathroom!
