We loved the home, but our vacation was cut short due to Hurricane Milton.

Home was clean and comfortable Marco Island Properties was over and above helpful and immediate with any issue which where very few . My family and I look forward to renting this property again next year

Wonderful Family Time!

We had a fabulous time on Marco Island! This house was perfect for our families. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of common area space. The kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock.

This is a nice, large home on a canal, with a south-facing pool and spa. Our 3 generations (grandparents, kids and grandkids) have found it to be a very nice house, with room to spread out. There is an office room in the house, which is convenient for anyone working remotely. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a suite upstairs with its own balcony. There is one bathroom upstairs and two on the main floor, one of which opens onto the pool area. I would recommend this place to families!

The home was in rougher shape then the pictures indicated. We had to purchase cleaner upon arrival to clean the countertops. Largest issue was finding signs of mold in the cabinets with the dishes. Carpet was very old/worn and just dirty. Finally, found a frog in the house on the second floor on third day and we didn't bring it in.
Overall, seems like cleaning that is paid by each renter is a surface clean and not really clean.

Good location and size, but definitely needs an overhaul. Carpet is worn and stained, furniture is old and some chairs are broken. Dining room chairs have no cushioning left. Family room sofa is worn and has no structure. Pillows in closet were gross. Outdoor furniture is fine but inside of the house really needs some updating.

The location of the home is excellent, 10 min drive to anywhere of the island and 5 min to beach, house is big, pool and hottub are awsome, however I only give a 4 start with below reasons:

1 Check in was smooth,on the day we arrived, the hot tub is cold, turned on for 4 hours still nothing, seems the heating system is broken, called office and they fixed it next day.

2 Noticed there're previous guest cigarette left beside pool, and food trash in between the bed and wall gap... so a more professional clean is preferred especially with children coming in playing in the pool, we paid $250 for cleaning for the next guest, don't we?

3 During the stay, we found couple lights are not working, suggest the owner check those before guest arrives.

4 Last but not least!!!! I have to say you have a neighbor(next door at the end of the corner) seems not very friendly, before coming ,we read the rules and kept our voice very low in day time(mostly only kids playing pool kind of noise...) and down to 0 after 10 pm, no loud music, no party. one night while my parents were fishing on the docker, the man shouted at them and telling that they kept fish that are illegal,ask them to go. I came and check then I told them its all porgy(no size limit, 100lb/day) and they threaten to call the police, I told them go ahead, after half hour, they came again ask if we have fishing license(of course we bought 7 days in FL on the day we arrive) despite they're not authorized to ask the Qs only police do... I told them to stop threaten us as we know the rules and we did nothing wrong, if they continue, I will call the police. then they back off...

I noticed previous guest also reported such incidents, so if sth could be done on it then I will make this home 5 star.

The location was perfect for us. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. There was 2-3 breaks in the screen around the pool which should be repaired. We loved the size of the house and all the appliances were working and efficient. May need updating - sliding door to pool from sitting area was stiff and very difficult to open, cushions on outdoor furniture should be replaced. Otherwise we loved the house, location and amenities. Marco Island Properties were excellent, they were so diligent to our needs and replied immediately to all our questions and concerns.

Pool didn't work for 4 days. Then it was fixed. After that the pool was great. This house needs a deep clean. The bedroom carpets are extremely dirty. Tile in the bedrooms would solve this problem. Other than that we really liked the house and it's location

Our family absolutely loved our vacation at Marco Island. This house was perfect! Everything was in great condition. We cooked out on the grill a couple of nights and enjoyed fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool. Let's of room both inside and outside for family time plus many areas to go for private moments! We hope to come back in the future and make more awesome memories.

We had a wonderful time staying in Marco Island. The house was well equipped and accommodated our needs very well.

I feel that we should make you aware of our feelings and concerns
about our recent stat at 1611 Almeria Court.

We are experienced enough to know that the ants and cockroaches that we found are are fact of life in Florida but you may care to have a pest control visit to be rid of them.

The property is very tired and in need of some care and attention.

The fitted carpet in the master bedroom is incredibly filthy and need cleaning. The net curtains are dirty and stained
some of the patio cushions are dirty and stained. curtains in the back bedroom having off the rails and the lamp
table cover is stained. The linen sheets are thin faded and have bleach stains.

The garage side door is rotten through and forces dependence upon the internal lock from the laundry room which is not the best security.

Some of the patio furniture is broken and dangerous and is in the garage. Some of the dinning chairs are insecure and do not feel safe. One of the twin beds is wobbly. Rust on the bottom of the bedroom door and the fridge.
The bathroom blind is broken.

No toilet roll holder in the on-suite is an indication of just how little care and maintenance is carried out at the property.

I note that many previous renters have commented on the broken and damaged condition but little has been done to rectify this.

The service received from the rental office was fist class but the property lets them down.

We would not want to stay at 1611 Almeria Court again and cannot recommend it to other travellers.

The home was perfect for a family vacation! The two wings on opposite sides of the house are perfect for times when a person wants to retreat for a few minutes.
The upstairs suite was perfect for the sisters to retreat from their brothers.

The house was awesome and had a great floor plan. The entire back of the house was sliding glass doors to the pool/lanai so you could enter from anywhere, if you so choose. The house was clean and well furnished. There were an abnormally large amount of light switches, some of which their function was not readily apparent. The pool/hot tub was fantastic. The pool being long enabled you to swim for a short length. The kitchen seemed nice, but we ate at a wide variety of local establishments, so we didn't use it(who cooks on vacation?). The location was great. It was quiet and near Walgreens and Publix grocery. We had no problems or questions, so the only contact we had with the staff was when we checked in and they seemed fine. I guess our biggest regret was not spending enough time at the house as we were out with other activities. I would certainly be open to the idea of coming back and just chilling in the house for a week, but not cooking, as there are a lot of great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay, very clean and efficient. The only things that need addressed are:
1. There were multiple light bulbs out.
2. The walk in door in the garage is broken and will not lock or shut properly.
3. The pool pump has a leak at the pump.
4. The master bathroom is missing the toilet paper spring rod.
5. The refrigerator is starting to rust just below the ice maker.
6. The walk out door in the guest bathroom 1st floor is starting to rust at the bottom.
Otherwise the place was great and we would definitely stay again. I know these are petty items but I, as a lake home owner myself, would like objective input to also keep my place in tip top shape.

We enjoyed our week at Almeria Court. The property was as described with a nice quiet location. Having rental bikes made our week more enjoyable as there was only 1 adult bike. The spa and heated pool were highlights of our week as the weather was on the cooler side.

The description of this property is right on target. It is conveniently located but also on a quiet street. The property was clean and had great amenities though lacked a few items we would have used such as a tea kettle (but a pot sufficed). The folks at Marco Island Properties were responsive though we were without internet for two days so that was our one real complaint. While the dcor is a bit old and maybe a tiny bit tired, the place was comfortable and we would come back.

Relaxing

upon arrival many ants were noticed within the home. Property management company notified and they sent a service to take care of the issue. While pool is nice and clean it is also small.

We had an excellent stay. The pool and hot tub were definitely hebhighlight of our trip. A couple things not mentioned in the listing were that the pool actually has direct access to a bathroom and shower. You can hop out of the pool and directly go into the bathroom without going through the house. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets.

Our family had a nice time here, plenty of room for everyone. The swimming pool is the highlight of this home. Mornings and evenings were wonderful by the pool. Very relaxing.
Andrew, and everyone at the Management Co., are extremely helpful and gracious. Thank you for handling our situation quickly.

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island and its was made very easy for us from start to finish. The house was in amazing condition and had everything you needed to makes your stay special. The Island is a great place and has wondered beaches and restaurants. The house was very close to Publix (supermarket)which had everything we needed. We fished off the dock and caught quite an array of fish and early morning you had shoals of Jacks whihc fight really hard and the kids loved catching (we put everything back!) We would highly recommend the management company, who made it easy for us from start to finish and the property itself. We would happily come back to Marco and happily stay in Almeria court again. Thanks from a very happy family...

We had a good week on Marco Island. Both the South Beach and Tiger Tail are nice beached with very good shelling at Tiger Tail. Also enjoyed a day in the Everglades just a short drive away. The Management company was good. There were a few small maintenance issues with the house that it would be a good idea for the owners to look after but nothing that spoiled our stay.

The house needed many maintainice things. Light switches were loose so lights would not come on . The master bed needed to be replaced. Kitchen lacked. No glass dish to make a cake or casserole. Only one glass serving dish. No crockpot. Many rusty pie tins. No dish soap. Ants got into our food. A box of cereal. Sofa in TV room smelled bad. Chair legs wobbly in formal dinning room. One bedroom had leak on ceiling dripping down on bed. They came and repaired it. The house is beauitful and the pool area was very nice and the hot and pool was great.

The home was perfect for our family. Lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. We enjoyed having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out, but the best part was the hot tub and pool! We wish it had been closer to the beach.

Also had ants all over the counter. Otherwise
it was fine--location great

Let me say that Andrew from Marco Vac Prop was great to deal with, but they are just the rental company and not the managers. I would not stay at this house in its current condition. This house was literally bug infested. It was sprayed 2x while we were
there and we would still have hundreds of bugs on our vanity and kitchen counter. The front door will not lock with a key from outside. The grill was in such bad repair it was not functional for use and was so dirty I would not cook on it, they did bring new
grill but would only get to 350* so marginal for cooking. There are so many old pots and pans they fill 4 cupboards full, the knives have broken tips and chunks missing. There is not one empty cabinet to put food in for cooking, we left much of ours on the
counter at first but the bugs got into it so moved pans out and put food in cabinet. Door stops were falling off the wall. lightbulbs were burnt out around the house, water was not turned on for first 1/2 day we were there. There was lipstick on wine glasses,
knobs on kitchen cabinets would fall off, and we killed 3 centipedes in the house. Overall we were very disappointed in this home. I think that if someone would spend a day doing maintenance, putting some new pots/pans and clean out the kitchen so its usable
and get the bugs taken care of it could be ok but I would not stay here again. The location is good, I will give it that but that about all any of our party had to say good about the house at this time. Let me qualify again that Andrew Vale at Marco Vac properties
was good but is NOT the managers. The managers declined to do things at first. I called Andrew and he got stuff done I rated the managers low but Andrew I would give 5 stars for his effort and professionalism.

We have had our annual family vacation to Marco Island for the past 13 years. This was our first year renting from Andrew. We loved the house at 1611 Almeria Ct. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor patio area so much that we had a hard time leaving for the beach. We enjoyed paddling out from the dock on our paddle board to Roberts Bay. The 9 day vacation was great! Will definitely use Andrew for future rentals and would rent this house again.

The home at 1611 Almeria Court in Marco Island
was beautifully decorated and spacious. The outside patio and pool area was furnished with all we needed to relax by the pool and have many meals at the outside dining table as the entire exterior at the back of the property was
screened with overhead fans.

The vacation was great especially as a break home for future med and law students. When we arrived Sunday however the property mgmt company said they had a lock box which was completely opened and anyone could've taken the keys. The house itself was fabulous. What we used the most was the pool and the surround sound in the house (make sure you bring a cord). The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics we only needed groceries. The grill worked and was easy to use. The house is great but I guess Marco was a bit too low key. The beaches are all shells and murky water, as a Miami beach resident this was "oh well" moment. So we spent most of our time using the pool. There is NO night life.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice size house for 6 adults and 4 kids. The pool was a bit narrow but over all very nice.

Property @ end of waterway so if you like to fish from boat dock not the best but overall property was nice.

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 12 to relax together and still attend all the wedding events we were on Marco Island for. The kids loved the pool and we all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. We all felt right at home.

PHENOMENAL WEEK. Andrew was wonderful letting my in laws get the keys for us as well as his rapid response to our pool dilemma. I would def recommend this property to others. And would recommend VRBO and Andrew Vale as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Bedroom layouts were excellent. Everything you need was supplied by the owners. Being overly critical I have to say a new washer & dryer, updated flat screen T.V.'s, and a new sectional in the rec room are needed.We are senior citizens and getting up & down from the sectional was difficult. We definetly would recommend this home for rental. There are 6 t.v.'s to watch and plenty of space to roam. We would rent here again.

The pool was just the right size for 12 people. The house is clean...well managed and kept. All our requests were handled expiditiously. Awesome experience!!!

I regret that we had to check out before 10:00 AM.

We so enjoyed our spring break at Amelia Court! The pool was the best part. The kids cold swim while we did other things but could still watch them! AWESOME!! Great house.

This is a very nice home that is well maintained. We are going back next year!
