Located unit with a large balcony providing great gulf views. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable. There is easy beach access.

We enjoyed our recent vacation at Somerset in Marco Island. The unit location and amenities were great and the view the beautiful sunsets from the balcony was superb.
A couple of things that could have improved the experience:
1. the beach access walkway was not available to the condos in the North wing, and there is no sign that it will be fixed in the near future. The property manager should make future renters aware of this.
2. the storage with all the beach stuff is a mess. The owner should be required to audit, clean up and throw away the broken chairs, umbrellas, etc.
We were very pleased with the response of the property management company, when requested. Good job!

Wonderful experience!

I give this condo 4 stars. The condo was clean, cozy, and set up with comfortable furniture. The room and outdoor deck were spacious. Great view of the ocean and a quiet building. Kitchen was equip with utensils, dining, and cookware. The abundance of chairs in the storage locker was useful and appreciated (6 chairs). Some things that prevented 5 stars include: dryer does not dry well (this made it difficult to meet the expectation of having only last day linens at check out), and the furnace or water heater continuously dripped throughout the day and night which made it difficult to sleep. It would’ve been nice to have a wagon in the storage area to carry items to the beach easier (especially since the walk to beach was significantly longer due to construction of the walk way).

As always it was awesome starting with the customer service of Marco Island Vacation Properties too the place itself. Marco never seems to disappoint

Such a wonderful experience enjoying a condo in THE SOMERSET. We previously visited in the early 2000's when my in-laws owned a unit. The building isnin great shape and our condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect. We will be back again.

The condo was excellent! We had a relaxing time with all the comforts. The location was also excellent because it was right on the beach, but at night time was very boring because there was nothing going on in the area. You definitely need a car to go places for both shopping and leisure. The only thing we were not so happy about was that the beach accessories were old and broken. We arrived on a Sunday and we picked up the keys from the agency lock but there were no instructions on how to enter or use the gate a night time when the guard was not there. Overall if you want just to get away to relax, this is the place for you!

What an amazing week! The beach was awesome, the condo was beautiful and our trip was great!The condo was so well equipped, well kept and comfortable. The property was well maintained and secure. We were so pleased with everything. The location was great. We could walk to restaurants, have a short drive to the grocery, everything was so accessible. However, Watching the sunset from our balcony was one of our favorite things about the week. We will be back.

Well maintained property - both condo and common area. Beautiful Gulf view from a spacious balcony and comfortable condo with well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Parking space in the covered area which was great during summer heat.

Lively condo with awesome beach view. Very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Up to date, comfortable furnishings. Convenient parking

We had a great experience with our rental and the rental company and would highly recommend and plan to rent from them again!

My wife and I spent a week on Marco Island for an early spring vacation after a long winter and this property was a great location for us. It is directly on the beach, well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and linens. The unit was very clean and has been well maintained with updated kitchen and bathroom. The management team was excellent, very responsive to a crisis when the water heater burst (had it replaced within 2-3 hours). Overall a great property and I would strongly recommend it for a couple or family.
