After a refreshing swim in the heated pool, fire up the gas grill and enjoy waterside dining at its finest on the shaded table. The lanai faces northwest, go inside and use the blender to mix up some tropical beverages to sip on the lounge chairs as the blue sky turns brilliant orange.

A few steps from the lanai, a row of chairs on the dock makes the ideal place to sit back and look for a passing dolphin or manatee. When you’re ready to go explore, take off in your complimentary kayaks and use the island’s favorite form of transportation: the ocean.

The modern kitchen features barstool chairs around an island countertop. You’ll find all the appliances and cookware you need to serve a special family dinner or entertain guests out on the lanai.

The master suite opens up to the lanai, so you can drift away to the fragrant breezes and the sound of wind-rustled palm trees. The theme of tropical modernity follows into here, with the wooden bedroom set and beach-themed furnishings. Connecting to the master suite is an en suite bathroom that features a tiled, walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms give you plenty of closet and drawer space and are touched with subtle tropical decorations.

We want your stay here to be nothing short of perfect, so the house comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
