My family really enjoyed our time at this rental. We have a 5 month old son and he was more than comfortable. Really enjoyed using the pool and the lanai everyday, and watching the sunrise from the primary bedroom. Also used the kayak in the canals out back. There was beach supplies, tennis rackets, etc. They seem to have thought of everything! In a nice quiet neighborhood, and was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities. Great location in a nice neighborhood.

Rental was true to photos & description. The most amazing sunrises to awaken to & watch without even getting out of bed! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all cookware & cutlery needed to cook if we wanted to. Beach gear including an umbrella, toys, 2 chairs & lots of other extras. Linens were clean, neatly folded & there were more than enough for the 3 of us. All furniture was in good condition, plenty of outdoor seating by the pool, on the dock & by the fire pit. The grill was clean & I’m working order (although we ended up not using it after all).
The rental is listed a 2 bedroom, however, there is a pull out couch which is in the 3rd room that would accommodate a full stay as a bedroom for a child.
The pool was nice & maintained by a weekly scheduled pool cleaner.
My son caught catfish, spotted sea bass & other fish off both the dock morning, mid-day & night & we also used the kayaks to fish when we went out together (2 life jackets are available). There is also a cleaning station should you decide to cook your catch. My kids did the stand up paddle boards included with the rental.
Overall a great vacation in a very quiet neighborhood which we biked every day am/pm & saw little owls perched on mailboxes along the way. Kids rode bikes to the tackle shop (Ace Hardware has a great selection); you need a car to ride to the beach, unless you’re feeling really ambitious.

We had a straightforward experience. The representative that assisted us was able to assist us with finding the right home. The home was lovely with all the kitchen appliances you can think of. All the light switches were labeled which made it so easy.

Ideally located on a canal with sunset visible from bed in the master bedroom! Lots of supplies for the pool, beach and entertainment! Kitchen was well stocked with supplies also. Lots of room for a family! My granddaughter loved starting her day off with a swim in the pool right outside the door and my daughter caught several fish off the pier! Perfect!

This was a great place for our holiday vacation. Nothing at all to complain about. Check in/check out was incredibly easy, the rental company sent multiple messages to keep us informed of things. The house was very well maintained and outfitted with all the things for a comfortable 2 week stay. We would 100% stay there again and are actually discussing our next booking.

Overall, we enjoyed the property enough to rebook it again. Opportunities for improvement include: replacing old pillows on master bedroom and providing clean sheets on initial night (master bedroom had hairs on the sheets). Thankfully we brought our own spit wasn’t a big deal, but should be addressed. Property management did a great job of communicating via text messages

Our rental experience was great. Pool set up and the deck area was fantastic. Great view of the canal. Saw dolphins! A lot of boat traffic which was cool. Caught fish off the pier! Great house.

Great experience. Very peaceful sitting on the back deck. We seen some dolphins from our dock and went kayaking. Plus, the pool was very nice.

The stay was great! We got married at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort but had family come by and visit us at the house. The home was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Marco Prime and Saltys were our main hangouts. 1st class. We will rent with Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc again.

Fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood! The updated floor plan is nice, but, the real value of this property is in the lanai, pool, and being on the canal! We were grateful for the included bikes and kayaks as well. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint - though, a bit unnerving to see all the disdain towards short-term renters (upcoming vote in the MI legislature). Marco Island itself is great for amazing beaches and ease of use but, struggles with good restaurant options and visitor beach parking. Thankfully Downtown Naples Is a short trip for great dining options.

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we had a blast. We found lots of good food and fun and the rental property was just perfect. It looked nice in the pictures but was even nicer in person. Great trip!

Jamacia Court was perfect for our family ( 5 adults and two kids). The home had all the necessary items and then some. It was spacious and clean.
The back porch and pool area was awesome and the view was amazing. My family and I had a fabulous week.

Great property, quiet neighborhood on a canal. Beautiful setting.

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks in this lovely home. Being recently remodeled it was fresh and clean! The pool and lanai area overlooking the water were our most favorite locations of the house. Every evening around five to 6 o’clock we would watch the dolphins come swimming by! Kitchen was well stocked and did not find anything that we were in need of. The home was close by to all favorite activities. Would stay again and recommend to friends
