This 2,300 square foot waterfront home is filled with so many amenities you’ll feel like you’re staying in your own private resort. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, a full murphy bed, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Step out onto the spacious lanai and prepare to be mesmerized by a turquoise canal lined with palm trees. The view is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or reclining on the sun loungers. Enjoy waterside dining at its finest with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area with a big screen television to keep everyone entertained.
The lanai is so peaceful the only sounds you’ll hear are wind rustling the palms and water lapping against the dock, where you can tie up your boat or bring down beach chairs and watch for a passing dolphin or manatee. Of course no tropical dream vacation is complete without a hot tub where each night you can sip a tropical beverage and watch the setting sun turn the sky a brilliant orange with its Western rear exposure.
The exquisitely decorated interior is a paradise in its own right. Modern furnishings blend with a seaside décor consisting of wall-mounted fish sculptures and seascape wall paintings. Exuberant colors enliven the sun-brightened, tile interior. After your day in the sun, relax on the sectional couch and enjoy your shows on the television in the living room. To top it off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both at the same time.
The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware. Cook up a family-style dinner to enjoy on the wooden dining room table overlooking the canal or a seaside snack out on the lanai.
The palatial master suite features sliding door access to the lanai. Open the windows and fall asleep to fragrant breezes off the water. The other bedrooms are every bit as inviting, with stylish décor and plenty of closet and drawer space.
We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the home offers comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It even comes with a foosball table, along with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for the short drive to the blue waters and silken white sands of the Paradise Coast.

We booked this house somewhat last minute and were initially skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true. We thought it might not measure up to the other homes we've stayed in nearby, but we were completely wrong. This home is stunning in every way. It has everything you could want and more, and it's clear this isn’t just a rental—there’s an undeniable pride of ownership that shines through in every detail. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was just as advertised. Very clean. Well furnished. We had a couple of minor issues that the property company quickly resolved. Super responsive. It is a twenty minute walk to the beach entrance. We did that a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed a lot of time around the pool. We have been to Marco many times and would stay at this property again.

This was one of the best places I've stayed at. Everything you could possibly need is at your disposal. The cart for the beach was super useful, along with all the toys that were for use as well. The grocery store was a quick drive away and there are many places to go on the island within a short drive. The house was very clean as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family rented this house for vacation and it was great. We loved the large open kitchen and great room where we could all hang out. The pool and back patio are ideal for spending a fun day with family. The home was furnished with all the little details which show that the host wants their guests to have a wonderful experience. They even had Blueberry flavored coffee! The house is perfectly located so that you can relax at home but if you want to hit the beach or a restaurant, it is just a short distance away.

We stay on Marco 3 times a year. This house exceeded our expectations. The home was pristine down to the outdoor furniture. The home was decorated tastefully without sacrificing comfort. Well appointed as a whole. Short distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The rental agency was fantastic, instructions were clear and communication was simple. One of our favorite rentals.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is bright, airy, very relaxing, and stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect, we were less than a mile from the beach. The management company went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend.
We sincerely enjoyed our stay at this home on Marco Island. The house was lovely and there was plenty of space for our family of 6 in this quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets for everyone. We spent many hours by the beautiful pool and enjoyed the afternoon sun. The management company was responsive to questions, and the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and organized. We highly recommend this home.
