You’ll feel like you’re staying at your own private luxury resort when you step into this 2,000 square foot waterfront home. It sleeps eight, with two king beds, two queens, and two bathrooms. Actually, it sleeps nine if you count the dog. Yes, your entire family is welcomed here. It also comes with a two-car garage.
Out on the spacious lanai, the kids will splash in the heated pool as you recline on a sun lounger savoring the view of palm trees reflecting off the still turquoise waterway. Meanwhile, the family barbeque chef is firing up the gas grill for the poolside lunch you’ll enjoy on the shaded table cooled by an overhead fan.
The lanai is so private and peaceful the only sounds you’ll hear are wind rustling the palms and water lapping against the dock, where you can tie up your boat or bring down beach chairs and watch for a passing dolphin or manatee. You can also explore the waterways in the kayaks and paddleboards that come with the house.
After a day of sun and fun, the lanai sofa and chairs are your front row seats as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange.
The interior is the perfect complement to the tranquility of the lanai. Modern design blends with tropical decor to create a distinctly island-style ambience. Sunlight through the many windows brightens tile floors, which are the color of silken sandy beaches. Decorative touches like oceanic fabrics, sculptures, and décor serve as constant reminders that you’re living in the midst of paradise. Lush potted plants and ferns throughout the house add a splash of tropical color.
The gourmet kitchen features chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware that you need to create and serve everything from a seaside snack to an award-winning meal.
In the ornate master suite, sliding glass doors open up to the lanai, so you can fall asleep to fragrant breezes off the water. The other bedrooms are equally cozy, and they offer ample closet and drawer space.
No comfort or convenience is overlooked. The house comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, pool table, and bicycles to explore the Island.
The Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, turquoise waters, and endless array of water sports, so the house also gives you everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

A week at Driftwood Ct is a must for anyone who wants a quiet escape. While not really walkable to anything, the flip side is that there was lots of peace and wildlife. The included kayaks and paddleboards were so fun to take exploring. The pool and outside living space was perfect for us to spend 80% of our time. While our kids loved the pool, there weren't many other young-kid focused materials at the house so bear that in mind.

Amazing property! Very quiet community and friendly neighbors! Clean a d organized home with access to the water and views of dolphins swimming in front of home. The extra amenities were a bonus! Kayaks and paddle boards were used everyday! The beach umbrella and cart were very helpful and nice to have on hand.

Everything was great - the beds were comfortable with quality linens and the kitchen well-stocked. It was easy to use the provided bikes to ride to the beach or the kayaks to cruise along the canals.

My family and I had an awesome experience with this house, and with Marco Island Vacation Properties! The house was exactly as expected - even better in some ways. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient - <5 min for each. The staff kept in touch throughout the week to make sure all was going well - friendly reminders about trash pickup days, etc. The house itself was perfect for the 6 of us - the kids each had their own bedrooms, which was great. The pool was the perfect temp and offered great views of the canal. We really enjoyed keeping the sliding doors to the master bedroom, dining, and living rooms open to enjoy the fresh air from the screened-in pool deck. And we especially enjoyed the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards on the canal! The location was also perfect - only a 7-8 minute drive to pretty much everywhere we went on the island. And my morning 5-6 mile runs were perfect as it was only 1.5 miles to the main beach road. We will definitely plan for a return trip at some point in the not-too-distant future!

The entire Marco Island Vacation team was so great during a stressful time having to evacuate during Hurricane Milton. The home was perfect for our stay and everything is just as beautiful as pictured. The quiet neighborhood is a perfect place to start and end your fun filled days on Marco Island.
