The peaceful south end of Marco Island is where you’ll find the quieter, less crowded end of the beach. This 1,500 square foot condo is just a short walk away. It sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen bed, and two bathrooms.

Sitting out on the comfy furniture of the spacious balcony, a vista of green grass and palm trees spreads out in front of you. In the near distance of your balcony, you can see the inviting water of the heated pool, lined with sun loungers and surrounded by palm trees. Soon, you’ll be luxuriating all day in it without a worry on your mind. After soaking up the sun, end your day here as well, with a tropical drink as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

The interior of the unit blends stylish comfort with a coastal décor to create an easygoing seaside feel. Boat deck-inspired wooden floors and natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the living room. After your day in the sun, relax on the comfy couches and chair and enjoy your shows on the television in the living room. There’s even a palm tree there, so you’re constantly reminded of the tree-lined garden backdrop as you entertain guests. To top it off, the entire living area opens up to the balcony, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.

The bright kitchen comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of blended cocktails to sip on the balcony as you watch the setting sun paint the sky bright orange.

The master bedroom opens up to the balcony and both bedrooms come with televisions, along with ample closet and drawer space and linens. Open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of wind through the palms and the fragrant scent of hibiscus in the garden below.

This unit comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also gives you everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.
