The apt has a great view and is semi comfortable.The apt needs to be cleaned very dirty you should fire your cleaning service.The toilet bowls are very low made for 2 year olds.The oven is a mess cant be used.The mattress in master needs to be replaced along with the sheets and cover.The bathrooms could use a little upgrading.

My husband and I rented this property for our honeymoon in Marco Island. We were impressed by the location and the proximity to the beach. We were not happy with the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the condo and the quality of the amenities that were offered. For example, the condo had a weird smell upon entering, the towels were dirty and/or stained, the kitchen cutlery and dishes were dirty, and the bathroom floors were dirty. This condo also needs some serious updating...one of the showers did not work at all, the beach umbrella and cooler were broken, the kitchen supplies are very outdated (e.g., the toaster completely burnt my toast at the lowest setting, the pots and pans are old and rusty, etc.), and the blinds are broken/do not close properly. Given turtle season and the requirement to close blinds by 9pm every night, you would hope that the blinds close properly....Overall, we were not impressed with our stay here and we will not be recommending this property to anyone. We strongly recommend that the owner hire an adequate cleaning person for the future and re-invest some money into the amenities offered in this condo.

Location great. End unit on 4th for so could use the stairs. Beautiful view of beach. Condo is nice. However the mattress in main bedroom and both toilets should be replaced. Shower in master bedroom drips. Bathrooms in general could use an update.

Beautiful views of the ocean and beach with large balcony. Unit overall needs some updating and vents desperately need to be cleaned. Bed in master is quite old and could stand to be refreshed.

First, the view is absolutely stunning. However the beach is super wide (like 3 football fields) so while it’s nice to look at, it’s definitely a trek to the actual water.
The room itself needs numerous updates. The kitchen is well enough equipped for a rental. However the bathrooms are very old with rusty faucets and not nearly enough hot water. The condo is spacious. However it doesn’t offer much privacy as not a single door lock (bedroom or bathroom) actually works. Finally, the carpet in both bedrooms is old and needs to be replaced.
The actual condo complex was nice and well maintained with clean grounds. The pool lady is a bit of a Nazi.
Overall I liked the island but would likely choose another rental next time.

We were Marco Island first timers and it was an amazing experience. The place is beyond amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and it simply could not be in a better location. We had heard rumors that our kids might get frowned upon if loud, but that was simply not true. The apartment was beautiful and in generally good shape. It had a couple of details, typical stuff from old apartments (door knobs were not in the best of shapes, shutters were missing the occasional piece here or there, etc.) The kitchen was not that well equipped; but those are very minor details as compared to how nice, tidy, luminous and well located it is. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Came with my husband and 9 yo daughter to spend some nice time by the water on a nice, quiet, very clean and fancy island. The location of the apartment was perfect. A nice long walk to the beach - by the way very cool, natural, wild beach that's well maintained. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The living room had a little bit of cigarette smell to it, so we had to buy air fresheners as we're not smokers and have VERY sensitive noses. Great job with the apartment and most importantly very comfortable beds!! Amenities were a little lacking, but we didn't mind at all - we came to be by the water on an island we'd never been before and the apartment felt like a home. Very spacious and very clean, well decorated.

The view from this condo was spectacular! It is well equipped with chairs for the beach; could have used a few more beach towels (or at least told to bring beach towels.) The patio has comfortable and plentiful seating. I would recommend a new mattress for the master bedroom and the carpeting in the condo is very worn and stained. Overall, a nice place to stay. We would probably look for a different condo next time if upgrades not made.

We needed an escape from our states lockdowns and this was the perfect
Place. The view is amazing and immediately helped us to relax and unwind. The beach is quite a walk but we didn’t mind at all. They are SO beautiful and the shelling is amazing. We loved it!!

Overall the condo is good but it could use some updates. Especially the dishwasher

This is my first poor review so I will try to be as accurate as possible. This unit was disgusting, period. Everything in the unit smelled like cigarette smoke. The listing said the unit next to this one was a smoking unit however I am not convinced that this unit was not a smoking unit at one point. Upon arrival and entering the unit for the first time, the smell is overwhelming. The unit was also not cleaned or "professionally" cleaned as they described. There was hair, dirt and sand all over the bathrooms and floors of the unit. There was only 1 working light in the kitchen and living room and the toilet paper holder was falling off in the master bathroom. We immediately called Marco island vacations who manage this unit for Airbnb but got little help. The cleaning crew they sent did a quick once over in the bathrooms but that's all they did for cleaning. The cleaning crew did not vacuum or clean any part of the obviously dirty floors. We had to vacuum after they left since it was apparent they were not going to clean the floors. The sheets in the bedrooms had to be washed by us due to the fact they weren't changed or cleaned. We had to call Marco Island Vacations to replace the lightbulbs, change the filters in the AC unit and hallway unit due to the smell of smoke only to find out the unit next to this one is a permanent resident who smokes. The smell just permeates the entire end of the hallway and vents. We asked to be moved immediately to another unit in the building but were told NO. Marco Island Vacation made no adjustments or even offered anything for our dissatisfaction. It was a very unfortunate and unpleasant experience for us. We had to clean the unit, wash sheets upon arrival, call for basic maintenance and keep the windows and doors open to air out the unit. The only positive was the view from the balcony, sorry that's it. Upon leaving, my kids were glad to leave the smelly condo. That's their words, not mine.

We had a delightful two weeks in November. Weather was perfect and condo was situated for watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Condo was nicely furnished and convenient to Pickle Ball courts, beach & pool. Had a problem with air conditioner when checking in but the management company responded quickly with a technican and fix.

It was not a good experience working with Marco Island Vacation Properties - I would not recommend.

had friends staying near Marriott and went to the beach down there. Had family with me to help me.

We love the Unit and most everthing works well,but there are a few things you should know,The toilet are not ADA height, the air conditioner fan is very loud and make a pulse sound, the balcony tables has been broken for years, look at the picture and you can see the broken piece next to the rail, the balcony chairs need cleaning, the sofa couchions are shot and the fabic need replacing. We bought TV table for the unit and left them there, for next year. the bathroom vanity is upgarade and facets too. the kitchen is fine and there are enough dishes, cup and glasses. The overall appearance is good and the wrap around balcony gives you lovely views. The master bed is very nice but the covers are too heavy. The sheet need to be updated too. I am requestihng that these issues be addressed by the owner so we will see what they do to make it worht the dollars they charge.

The experience was easy and convenient and dealing with the rental agent was simple. The unit was clean, with a good location near our favorite restaurants. The one drawback was the length of the walk to the Gulf, manageable, but a bit of a hike to the water. We did have a great view of the Gulf and great sunsets nearly every evening. Pool was always clean. We were a bit disappointed with the early check-out time, 10am, and with a later flight that day, we had a more time than we would have wished to wait around. With all the folks who walk to the beach everyday, any thought to providing a shuttle/golf cart service to move people back and forth with all their beach gear and many with small children or seniors who find the walk cumbersome.

Everything was great. Microwave oven in the unit didn't work half the time, but otherwise it was a great stay!

This Condo was everything they advertised. We had a great time, and will definitely be back. Andrew was very helpful with the reservation, and the staff on site were great. No complaints here ! Thx
