This 2,700 square foot house sleeps six, with two king beds, one queen, two and a half bathrooms, and a one-car garage. Actually, it sleeps seven if you count the furry friend. Yes, your entire family is welcomed here. This is one of the few dog friendly (up to two dogs weighing less than 25 lbs.) homes.

It’s filled with something for everyone – swimmers, sunbathers, photographers, barbecuers, pool players, night owl television watchers, wildlife lovers, fishermen, boaters. And let’s not forget dog lovers, since this is one of the few rentals that welcomes your dog.

It all starts with the enormous heated pool on a lanai surrounded by clusters of palm trees and overlooking converging waterways. The rear southern exposure means all-day sun, so the swimmers will never come out of the pool. The barbeque chef fires up the gas grill and serves a poolside lunch on the family-sized table cooled by a ceiling fan. The pass-through window makes it easy to hand out ice cold beverages and condiments from the kitchen.

The boaters can keep their boat on the dock behind the lanai and go exploring the Ten Thousand Islands in search of their own private beach. The fishermen can cast a line from the dock, while the wildlife lovers try to spot a passing dolphin or manatee.

The lovers of mesmerizing views can relax on sun loungers taking in the turquoise canal lined with boats or they can sit out on the balcony that opens off the master suite and watch the setting sun cast palm tree shadows on the still water.

The spacious white-tiled interior features vaulted ceilings and furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. Maritime blue hues and decorative touches like wall sculptures of school of fish create an easygoing feel of coastal style living.

The gourmet kitchen is filled with modern appliances and cookware. The big screen television means non-stop entertainment.
