Nice house. VRBO was good. Marco Island does not provide adequate access to the 3 public beaches. Parking is very challenging so if you're looking for a beachy, family vacation this is NOT the place

Great family vacation!

The property was adequately described with the exception of the bathroom locations. 2 of the bathrooms were located within a bedroom suite. The only bathroom readily available for the bedrooms on the second and third floor was in the master bedroom suite. Being a close family of 3 households this was not a huge problem, but an inconvenience.

Overall we enjoyed celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary at the house.

House was incredible for our Christmas family vacation. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and great location. Only recommendation would be to add a 1/2 bath in the common area. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful! You can't go wrong with this house. We did not realize Marco Island has an ordinance no trailers in driveways. We were able to make arrangements with a marina in Naples to store it during out stay.

I absolutely loved this place. There is tons of room and lends itself well to hosting guests if you have many groups visiting for a dinner or general hanging out. The boat dock is nice and is close to get to open water. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Walking distance to live music nightly at Olde Marco. Would absolutely rent again.

This house is fantastic. The bedrooms are large and well spaced out for privacy. The property is beautiful and well kept/clean and the location is close to the best fresh fish and live music each night. The perfect vacation rental!

We love Olde Marco. You can walk to some great restaurants and it is much quieter than south Marco. We loved watching the sunset from the roof top deck. We also love the pool table. The kitchen is well stocked. The property management was also very responsive if we had any questions or issues.

This house had ample space for our party of 12. It was clean, stocked and the location was perfect (walking distance to Snook Inn, Dolphin Cove Marina and the Old Marco Shops).

We had a great week in Marco, staying at Vernon Place. Three families, lots of teenage boys fishing off the dock, pool time, golf, great food, relaxation, and a beautiful home. What a blessing! We loved Marco, and can’t wait to come back.

This house was a good fit for our party of 10, 4 adults and 6 teenagers. The location was awesome, right on a canal and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only things that I could criticize would be the bunk bed room is a little too warm and the excessive fees charged by VBRO. 10% booking fee is outrageous. Drop them and advertise by yourself.

Our experience with Marco Island Property rental company was great. The Vernon Place home was lovely- exceptionally clean and spacious- and the owners have supplied everything one would need for an extended stay. the back yard pool area is a true paradise- we would definitely return.

Loved the home and the lovely landscaping. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool table was used extensively. We also enjoyed sunsets on the roof! Only suggestion would be to have a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor for guests in the bunk room and second floor room.

We stayed at 1154 Vernon Pl the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day . It was wonderful. The house is in great shape and the amenities were fabulous . Everything you can think of was provided, from kitchen ware to swim and beach items. Everything was spelled out in detail from trash pickup to pool heater. Watched dolphins play in the canal from the dock and the sunset from the rooftop patio was spectacular . Location was very good , close to everything but far enough away to be private . Just a great stay for all 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children ages 3 to 8.

We had a fantastic time at this excellent place. Great location-close enough, but not right on the strip. Perfect for our family get-together with our 4 children (all in their 20's) and their significant others (9 people total). 5 bedrooms, and plenty of living space so everyone could spread out. Would definitely rent again.

We had two families for two weeks. The house had plenty of space for us. Very clean and neat. Kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings are new and updated. V

Evenings watching a movie on the outdoor patio, and mornings drinking coffee on the dock watching the sea turtles manatees and dolphins. The best hidden gem was the deck on top watching the stars.
