The second floor is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spacious second living area with a sectional couch, television, kitchenette, and direct balcony access overlooking the lanai and canal. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the third-floor observation deck, where you’ll enjoy some of the best panoramic views of Marco Island.

Also upstairs, the second master suite offers a king bed, television, en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and balcony access with breathtaking water views. Another guest bedroom features two full beds, a television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower, plus access to a front-facing balcony overlooking the entrance of the home. An additional full bathroom serves the second floor.
