445 River Court

This house was perfect for a large group...upstairs was perfect for my son, his wife and 2 young children. The location was greats...the only issue..if any...was I would say is the pot/pans weren't great.

This home is beautiful! It is even better in person than the pictures. Very clean and maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’ll need to prep and eat meals. I was very impressed and definitely want to return.

The property is beautiful. The rental property company was helpful with taking care of issues that occurred. Overall a great location and would recommend!

We had 2 grandparents with 4 parents and 4 children staying at River Court for a wonderful 10 days. The house was so beautiful and well equipped. We used the pool daily and hung out in the outside seating area all day. We loved the swing chairs at the front of the house to relax on at the end of the day watching the sun set.
The garage equipment with kayaks, bikes and beach things were very well received and we had so much fun exploring Marco Island.
The bedrooms have enormous wardrobes with plenty of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake and bbq.
Marco Island Vacation Rentals were on hand for all our needs and any issues we discovered were quickly remedied.
The house needs a little updating, some things have already been done whilst others look a little tired but overall it is a fabulous house.

Just beautiful inside and out and the outdoor lanai with the hot tub and pool were a hit for family fun! The location is the best with Winn Dixie to buy groceries and so many great restaurants, about 6 blocks to beach. Beds were comfy too. Definitely a vacation to remember!

A friend recommended we stay at this particular home due to the space and ameneties and I can not thank her enough. This was one of my most relaxing vacations in years. There was literally no reason to leave the home. Aside from the goegeous decor, there was plenty to do, from the pool, kayaks, game room, air hockey, bikes, outside grill. We were absolutely impressed with this home. My friend did not disappoint with her recomemendation. We will be back.

Beautiful spotless home, conveniently located with great pool, lanai and evening shade. Property management staff were were responsive and addressed promptly any question or concern—which were very few!
We enjoyed watching the burrowing owls that nested across the street! We definitely plan on returning next year for another wonderful winter escape!

Home is very warm and welcoming. Spent a week with our entire family here and enjoyed grilling, swimming, kayaking and exploring. Several games are available as well. This home is close to shopping, beaches and restaurants so it is very convenient as well.

Had a great time. The grandsons really enjoyed the hot tub! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for 11 people!! Just a couple of safety concerns. No rail to get in the pool and the shower in the primary bathroom was quite slippery and so was the tile around the pool when it was wet! Other than those couple of safety concerns it was overall a great time enjoyed by all!

Excellent! I could not have asked for a better home, in a better location. The home was immaculate, tastefully and well furnished, with all the amenities and more for a pleasant and relaxing weekend. My wife and I can't wait to book another stay at this beautiful home.

There is a custom built outdoor kitchen with a TV which was not here before and it was great to grill and watch the NBA Playoffs. There is now a full boat deck with a floating deck to allow you to use the Kayaks! YES KAYAKS!!! The garage now has a full size air hockey table along with two fans in case you are here during peak heat. They really did think of everything. There was a sign that said they are remodeling the kitchen which blew us away because the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. We are already looking at dates for next year and see they are filling up quickly. Not only will we be back to Marco Island, but we are coming back to this home!

We loved our time at this house!!!! Everything you could ask for and more!! First off, the house is beautiful. Both the bethrooms and bathrooms are incredibly spacious. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need! They have a game room, toys for the kids, and the pool area is just wonderful. Pool, grill, jacuzzi, all amenities you could ask for, all in all amazing. Is also really close to the beach. We cannot wait to go back next year!!

We loved our stay in this property. As a family of 7 it had great space for us. We really enjoyed the pool and this property has many activities that kept the kids busy. Our only complaint was that some of the bed mattresses were very hard.

The property management company was fantastic to work with. They sent little reminder sets on what you needed to do and handled any issues promptly.

This is our second time in this rental and let me tell you, we only left the house twice for breakfast and dinner. Everything was clean and well kept. The guys really enjoyed the new deck and de kayaks. I can’t wait to come back next year to a newly renovated kitchen!

Kayaks for personal use, chairs and beach toys! The walk to the beach was LONG! And driving there was a pain because there is no parking. Access to restaurants and grocery stores is 5 star!! Overall a great vacation and we would rent this house again!!

Everything (plus more!)was there that we needed. Property in excellent and very clean condition. Our expectations were exceeded. A minor problem was quickly corrected. Not quite as close to the beach as we thought, but took enough stuff to the beach that it would have made walking difficult.

This is a beautiful house and great location. The house has a great pool/hot tub and is pretty well stocked with living supplies. It has a few quirks but overall is a very nice place to stay.

For the holidays our family decided to drive to Florida and rent a house. It was really safe as we were able to take all our usual safety precautions we would at home, just in a different location. The house had a pool and hot tub that made it really special. We felt safer being able to swim at the house as opposed to using a shared pool. The house was very spacious and everything was really clean and nice. We also really enjoyed the large flat screen TV in the living room. The home came with 3 bikes and a 4 adults / 2 small children surrey which was fantastic to have. We enjoyed biking to the beach and to dinner and shopping malls. Kudos to the management company for making our stay so memorable and providing us with top notch service! We had some minor maintenance needs come up and they took care of it immediately. They answered our calls and emails right away and made us feel very well taken care of.
