This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in!
First of all, this was our second time renting from Marco Island Vacation Properties. They are FANTASTIC.
The property itself was spotless and even more amazing than the pictures show. The beds were so comfortable. The lanai was perfect and the pool was the perfect temperature. Loved having bikes, chairs, coolers available. SO close to Marco Plaza and the beach. EASY walks. Our teens walked to the beach by the JW every night and we were very comfortable with that!
You will not be disappointed - we didn't want to leave!

Our vacation experience was second to none. The property on Fieldstone had it all and was <10 min walk to the beach. The interior of the property comes with high end appliances, spacious rooms, and all the amenities you could need. The pool was great and the house comes fully equipped with all the beach day gear you could possibly need (carts, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers). It was such a great experience that we will be coming back to the same property next year! Highly recommend.

This rental property was a home away from home and perfect for our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The house and pool are beautiful with all the amenities we could ask for. Location was perfect to beach, restaurants and shops. Marco vacation Properties were always quick to respond to questions and text with any updates. Looking forward to next year.

This home was family friendly with spacious area that included large kitchen, family room and 4 bedrooms. Great privacy areas for each guest. Beautiful patio and pool area. Especially liked the pool alarms for our grandsons. The hosts thought of everything from having plenty of beach/pool toys, bikes that were like new, games, kitchen items. They thought of everything. Great location to our favorite beach area and restaurants.

We stayed here last year and loved it, that’s why we came back in 2023. They do an excellent job keeping this house up and it gives everyone staying there a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a month in this beautiful house, it had everything you needed plus more and the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. BUT we were looking forward to the inside outside lifestyle as depicted in the photographs, unfortunately you can’t open the doors onto the lanai for more than 15 seconds without a very loud alarm going off. These are very heavy doors which made eating outside awkward to coordinate. Also, although you can go out through various doors using the alarm bypass, there is only one door that you can come back in. We asked the agent if the alarm could be over-ridden but they advised that this could only be done by the owners and the request was passed on but with no response to date. We have asked for the information regarding the alarm to be updated on the website and perhaps changing some of the photos. In summary, would we recommend this property, yes as long as the alarm isn’t a problem for you.

From start to finish the weekend was great!! House was spotless, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

It was our first time staying on Marco Island and we loved it. Our rental home for the week was perfect. The house was immaculate and it's location to the beach was a short walk. Everyone in the community was very friendly and we are looking forward to returning again next year.

The house was in great condition, clean, had tons of room, nice beach items to use in garage, bikes, etc. The pool was awesome and heated at the correct temps for us. Great location! Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Every place we went everyone was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again for sure if we go back to Marco Island.

My family and I recently stayed at a gorgeous home on Marco Island (540 Fieldstone Dr). The house was immaculate and so clean when we arrived, and was well appointed w/ high end appliances. Not only did the house come w/ beach gear and bicycles, when we needed more bikes we were able to rent directly from the Marco Island Properties at a great price!

The communication process with Marco Island Vacation Properties was seamless. Our main contact, Elizabeth, was so helpful and no matter how many times we called her she never got annoyed with us and was so kind.

After leaving one of our guest forgot an expensive item. Elizabeth ran over to the house to retrieve it and has already shipped it back to us. All I can said is, if you are on the fence w/ renting from Marco Island Vacation Properties don't hesitate. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
