We loved this property and location! It worked great for our family. The proximity to ocean public beach walkway was great and well stocked with beach essentials. I'd recommend staying here

We had a great week. It is a nice house in a great location. Very no frills home, but within walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed being in the pool and fishing in the back yard! We had a couple small issues and the management company responded to both within a couple of hours.

Except for a couple maintenance issues which were taken care of immediately we enjoyed our 2 week stay at 921 Tulip Ct.
The property could use a new set of pots and pans,4 slice toaster, electric griddle and a crockpot. The kitchen could have been much cleaner upon arrival.

Great home, very comfortable and clean. Just minutes away from the beach, and the view of the canal from the pool is to die for. Highly recommended.

It was great having a cool swimming pool to dip in after a day at the beach! We also enjoyed fishing in the canal! We actually caught 10 fish! The house was a pretty long walk to the beach. We were going to ride bikes, but lock was missing! The cable was there, but the lock was not! Had one large palmetto bug appear in the bathroom which grossed us out! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent a house again, but would choose one closer to the beach!

Loved kayaking the canals, biking, walking to the beach. Great pool, nice and warm.

The location was perfect, short walk to the beach. The house definitely could use some deep cleaning, paint and updating. The HVAC system needs to be maintained, the ceiling air ducts were black and gross leaving me to believe that it was the cause of my allergies going crazy. The pool was clean and nicely maintained but some of the beach chairs needed cleaning to remove mold. The kitchen was overstocked with way to many sets of dishes and odd cooking fixtures, which left no place to put any groceries. It lacked any sharp knives, could not even cut a pineapple Overall, the location was what made the stay nice.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the holidays. With adult children of varying schedules the 4 bedrooms were not always full but those that visited loved the outside dining, pool and short walk to beach. Well equipped home . Would enjoy another stay in the future !

House was great and in a great location only critique is that the house may need an update and master bathroom shower door leaks and the main bathroom shower door needs work.

Everything was as advertised. A great property at an even greater location.

The house was perfect for the number of guests, There was ample space to socialize, and relax.

We had a great experience with Marco Island vacation properties and with Marco Island in general. We would not choose the same house to rent if we come again. The mattresses were uncomfortable and there were A LOT of ants, Especially in the master bath.

Rental was ok, close to the beach and large enough. Thought the noise factor was annoying from the various times and days the landscaping was done. The master bathroom needs some sprucing up. I sent a list of issues to Mr. Vale. Overall the vacation went very well. Thanks

This property delivered all our expectations in one bright, clean, yellow package. The communication from the management company was clear, concise, constant, and helpful.

We had a great time on our vacation. This is the 2nd. time we stayed at this home and enjoyed it. Beautiful pool and very good location, walking distance to the beach and near restaurants. We are planning to stay at this house again in the future.

Our adult family, 2 couples and 1 single adult stayed at this house during Easter Break (April 2019). House is in a good location to the beach, and was equipped with 4 beach chairs and 2 adult cruisers. Although it is advertised as 1 King and 3 Queen beds, the smaller rooms are better suited for younger children or single adults. This house is not ideal for more than one couple using the master bedroom. The 3 additional rooms are very small, and also only “full size” mattresses. During our stay the refrigerator stopped working. The property company sent a repair man the following day, however, that was definitely an inconvenience during our stay. To say the least, the house needs updating; fridge, beds, outdoor patio furniture is all out dated. The location on the canal, and the pool make up for the cons of the house. Definitely worth the stay if you are traveling with one couple and smaller children for the other 3 bedrooms! With some TLC and updates, this property could potentially be a 5 star, for these reasons I would rate between a 3 and a 4. The support of the rental company help give it a 4 star, in my opinion.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. We've stayed at this home before and enjoyed it, but we were pleasantly surprised with recents upgrades made to the home! This home is clean and spacious with a beautiful pool and dock. The best thing for us is that it is in walking distance from the beach. We have booked to stay here again!

House was decent. I didn’t care for the layout- the kitchen is tucked in the back corner of the house. There were so many dishes that there was no room to keep pantry items. Kitchen was appointed well but could have used some plastic glass ware for outdoor use. Mattresses all seemed rarely new which was nice. The extra beds did not have mattress pads on them- yuck. Discovered this when I went to change sheets. Neighbors are all extremely friendly. The house is too close to landmark and cars could see you sitting on the dock or pool because of an empty lot. Not my favorite house we have rented because of layout. Positive - a short walk to beach access!

The house met our needs and the south facing pool allowed for all day sunshine which was fantastic. A few updates are needed and the house just doesn't seem to be taken care of very well compared to some others we have rented in the past. As always hats off to Andrew at Marco Island Vacations. He is THE BEST to work with.

The property was great and well equipped with everything needed. I appreciate the professionalism as well. The house was within walking distance from the beach which came in handy when we had to walk back and forth avoiding the storm.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised.
The folks at Marco Island Vacation Properties were friendly and extremely accommodating.
The only negative was that the middle bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced - definitely a tendency to roll into the middle.
That bedroom (middle) is quite small - not nearly enough room to be comfortable getting around.

We loved our vacation on Marco Island! This vacation property is centrally located giving us easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pool and patio area are awesome. We experienced a wonderful island boat tour with Walkers Marina thanks to Captain Richard and First Mate Dave. I highly recommend this property for families with small children.

very good . place needs some updating

The house was large with lots of light. The swimming pool was great, even though the heated option stopped working by the end of the trip. Walking distance to the beach. Would recommend and return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Marco Island. The back porch was our favorite spot. There is a grill, a place to tan, a pool, and a place to eat. The place to eat outside has a ceiling and a fan, which makes it a great place to still eat outside even if it is raining. We even saw a manatee and a dolphin swimming in the water while relaxing on the back porch!

There were some minor issues. The TV service was cut off when we got there but the rental company was very professional about it. It eventually got turned back on after a three days (we were both at the mercy of Comcast which is why it took so long). Regardless, the rental company agreed to give us a discount for the inconvenience.

The house was generally in excellent condition. The pool was amazing, and everything was nice and clean. It is also in a very quiet area. When we went to sleep, it was pitch black and silent in all the bedrooms. Marco Island is a very quiet area at night. If you want night life, go to Miami.

This house could use some upgrades though. The beds in two of the rooms were very uncomfortable. All of the pillows for the beds were also very cheap and uncomfortable. Also, the ice maker on the refrigerator didn't work (it made ice, you just couldn't use the door to get the ice). There was also a small issue getting the microwave to work. These are all very minor issues though.

In the end, this house is a great value and we truly enjoyed our time staying at it. There is room for minor improvements but overall it was a great house at a great value. The back porch area is FANTASTIC!

As described in the pictures. Great location, clean and any concerns were handled well by the property manager. It's a little outdated but would stay again.
