Esplanade II 306

We were very happy with our stay at Esplanade. The condo was a great jumping off point for all of our adventures. The photos and descriptions were accurate. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped. The condo was clean and ready for arrival. Our very late (near midnight) check in could not have been easier. The hike from the parking spot to the condo is the one down side. As others have noted the outside noise disappears when you close the doors. One of my favorite memories from the stay was enjoying charcuterie on the patio overlooking the water and people watching with music from the restaurant in the background. We look forward to returning in the future!

Our family celebrated the Christmas holiday at this condo. The property management company was well organized with easy check-in and check-out instructions. The condo location was great with multiple restaurants onsite to choose from and was close to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cups. The living and bedroom spaces were comfortable and worked well for our family of five.

Esplanade II 306 is a FABULOUS condo having very lovely decor, beautiful views, with great deck overlooking the harbor and restaurants. The location of the unit is perfect. This well-maintained and spotless 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo needs for nothing more. The Esplanade amenities are wonderful including the pool and work out room. We didn't need to rent a car. Shopping (grocery, drug store, clothing, etc.) are all within walking distance. There are 3 onsite restaurants and 4 bars with many other choices either a walk or short Uber drive away. The Esplanade Shops were fun to visit.
We are repeat guests and highly recommend this unit but you better hurry because we'll be back next year.

What a nice change to rent a place online that turns out to exceed your expectations. The condo is beautiful, spacious and well designed.

The location is ideal for those of us who don't have a car. There's McDonald's nearby (and Starbucks down the street ) For groceries, Winn Dixie is across the street and Publix a little further away There are many good restaurants within walking distance.

The management is a pleasure to deal with. The office is just across the street. We had a problem with the AC and it was fixed the same day

Unfortunately some annoyances that could be easily corrected.

There is a beautiful glass stop stove but no kettle with which to boil water.

There's a dishwasher. But insufficient dishes. Once you fill the dishwasher you're out of plates and have to wash my hand.

The sectional may be very stylish but I personally found a slouching position uncomfortable. There's only one chair.

It's too bad that these things detract from an otherwise perfect stay.

Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to recommend this place, hoping these matters would be attended to before the next guests arrive.

We had a nice stay at Esplanade II 306. The condo is light and airy, beautifully updated and decorated, and spacious. Esplanade is locate din the heart of Marco Island, so you can walk to plenty of shopping and dining locations if you want. The unit is positioned just above the central walkway, so there is some noise there, but once you close the sliders the inside of the unit is still quiet. You have a nice view of Smokehouse Bay as well. The only slight complaint is that it is a 10 minute walk utilizing two elevators to get to the assigned parking space.

This condo is fully equipped and then some. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location. If we could change one thing, it would be the sectional. This was not very comfortable to sit on - mostly you just sort of slid down it. But, the pros outway this condo in so many ways that I'll still give it 5 stars.

This condo is everything! Gorgeous interior, big beautiful porch. The condo was spotlessly clean with wonderful amenities. It was so much fun to sit on the porch at night and people watch--CJ's restaurant has a big tiki bar/restaurant and one night they had the BEST live music and everyone was down there dancing and having a blast. The view of Smokehouse Bay was just beautiful. Can't say enough about this place, it was perfect.

fabulous condo. Spotless, pretty, nicely decorated, and soothing view of Smokehouse Bay. The condo kitchen was fun to cook in being that it was all open concept with a nice big island. No cooking essentials provided in the kitchen such as oil-you must purchase at grocery store. Cooking tools are all there. The bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels as well as beach towels. Laundry room great. Big veranda for outdoor dining or coffee in am. Convenient to have CJs outdoor bar just below us for a drink or lunch. Mangos dockside was good as well. The living room couch is pretty but was a bit uncomfortable. Finding the place from the parking garage was a bit confusing at first. Also there is a storage locker apparently with beach supplies but we did not know about it until the end of our trip. The information was in the app you download before checkin. I did not see that information at first.Beach access for visitors on Marco is a bit challenging. We went early to get a spot in the small parking lot off of Swallow ave. Get there before 10.

Property was extremely clean and we loved the location. It felt like a resort feel. Location was incredible right above the restaurants with the view of the water. Absolutely loved it and hope to return again !!!

What a wonderful 3 week stay. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo was absolutely beautiful with every comfort possible and was in a perfect location at the Esplanade overlooking CJ's on the Bay. Relaxing from its 3rd floor balcony, we could enjoy people watching. Three great restaurants were located within the Esplanade plus grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Will definitely be back again.

Great experience. Except for a frustrating 4:30 p.m. - 60 minute delay to find the exact condo from the 4 story elevated parking lot. This could have been easily solved with a detailed map of the Esplanade three building property which has multiple buildings (720,740) and the MIVP representative being more informed and seeing the property first himself.

Esplande II 306 - what a wonderful condo. Inside is spacious we had 6 people and there was plenty of room. Centrally located - quick walk to Winn-Dixie via walk way under Ciller Blvd bridge. Joeys Pizza, Breakfast places, Aurturo’s all in walking distance. Perhaps best thing of all is below the balcony is CJ’a by the bay. Always folks coming and going. Wonderful view. Like over looking a busy piazza in Rome. (Just smaller). Live bands can be watched from balcony. Enjoy wine on large deck or go downstairs and join the crowd. Your choice. We will be back. 5-stars.

The property was in pristine condition upon arrival. Correspondence & information from the Management Company was great! Met Andrew from the Management and he was very courteous & helpful. Will be back next year for the same conference and will not hesitate to stay here!

This is our fifth year dealing with Marco Island Vacation Properties and our fifth year at The Esplanade. MIVP, particularly Andrew Vale's, as well as the entire team, are a pleasure to work with. Attentive, caring and immediate are words that come to mind. Will use them in the future.

Loved everything but have a few suggestions...Those tiny packages of soap left on the sink broke in pieces as if they were old. An actual bar of soap would be good. Desperately need more towel bars!!! Decals on the windows would be good as people bump into them. Could not open doors in master to balcony or in the closet in the bedroom with single bed because rug in the way. Bottom of doors need to be shaved. Just suggestions. Could use a few more washcloths.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and we particularly liked the location and the ability to ask to so many venues. We were originally worried about the time to dry clothes in the dryer. However, after the vent was cleaned, everything was fine. We really appreciated the quick response by Marco Vacation Properties. I should note that some people may not like the location due to the proximity to CJ,,s. There is quite a bit of noise and commotion. However, my wife and I felt that this added to the overall enjoyment.

This was our fourth year staying at Esplanade II 306. As always we were more than satisfied with accommodations and location. Working with Andrew and his staff at Marco Island Vacation Properties is always easy and a pleasure as they always make sure your stay is all you hoped it would be. As most rental properties this unit could use a little updating but nothing that would discourage a stay. We already have booked for next year because of our satisfaction both with the property but more importantly MIVP.

Here last 5 years. Perfect for us, space we need, view lovely, action below, porch heavenly. Near our dear daughter, convenient to stores and restaurants. Easy access for us ole folks.This is our happy place.

The proximity to CJS (overlooks the awesome restaurant) along with the beautiful views of the bays make this condo perfect! The furnishings are very nice and the beds are super comfortable! Andrew and his team are wonderful to work with and the price of this property is an excellent value!

Every time my wife and I leave Marco Island we look at each other and say what's not to love about Marco. Our experience with our unit and working with Marco Island properties always exceeds expectation. The unit itself is outstanding with every amenity needed. All the plates, tableware, glassware are first class. It is easy to walk everywhere and the Esplanade property is full of life and activity. All of that said the customer service provided by Marco Island Properies is first rate plus. They have many properties available and working with them takes the worry out of your rental. Highly recommend dealing with the Vale family at MIVP.

The condo (Esplanade 2 - 306) was just perfect for our family. Overall, the rooms were very clean and the most important things worked just fine - water, toilets, appliances. We made use of the blender, toaster, hair dryer, etc. and appreciated that they were available. There were some lightbulbs that were burnt out, but our daughter took out some from the bathroom fixtures to replace those in the living area that were not working. The disposal didn't work, but I just reset it and then it worked. Things were pretty clean, but I did find a yogurt lid on the carpeting behind our dresser in the bedroom with the queen bed and a few little scraps of paper on the floors in various rooms (nothing major). It was a breeze to dump our trash around the corner in the special room with a chute. The pool and hot tub nearest our condo unit was well-maintained and water in both was perfect and stayed a uniform temperature. The entire property was kept very clean! It would have been more convenient if we had had a third set of keys as we had three couples in our family and had to keep asking - who has the keys?

This was our 4th year at the Esplanade and hope to continue for years to come. The property managers were so helpful and responsive when we had questions. The activities in the courtyard were loads of fun, shopping good too. Easy access to local restaurants and loved bringing in stone crab season. Couldnt as for a better place to spend October.

The condo was very nice. It was hard to get to from the parking garage? Had bad experience with elevators (weren't working on 5 different occasions. I would rent that condo again!!!

Check in was a breeze. Unfortunately air conditioning was not working but a call to the agency had a repair man there in 30 minutes. AC worked fine after that. This is a lovely property which is very quiet in the summer time. Nice pool and hot tub. CJs next door did have a lively dance party Thursday.

This is our third stay at The Esplanade and we have never been disappointed. The location on the island is perfect and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Although rents are a little higher than some other condos, you get what you pay for. We will be back and as has been the case, adding additional time each year.

The condo was very nice and well layed out. It could use a good cleaning as evident by dirt from tile floors on granddaughter's socks and dust collection seen by our daughter, property manager. Overall a beautiful upscale condo. Some minor wear showing on living room rug and kitchen rooftop. Views were nice of the bay, though we normally rent a condo on a beach for convenience. A great place if you are not there for primarily for visiting beaches. We visited Everglades, Big Cypress Nat'l Parks, as well as, dolphin tour, and beaches at both Marco and Naples. We preferred beach in Naples as we are not into all those shells....prefer sand.

Highly recommend this property -- comfortable, convenient, nicely furnished. We were very pleased with our visit to Marco Island!

We loved our stay here. Nearby Starbucks, Coldstone, pool, and exercise room were great. Great balcony view.

I spent three months at the Esplanade. It was a very enjoyable stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and service. The view was great and listening to Thursday night music was a bonus.

The unit we rented was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed to have the vacation of our dreams. It is located just a short 5 minute drive from the beach, in walking distance of shopping, with 2 great restaurants right on the property, and a Starbucks and a Cold Stone. It also has a lovely pool area. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The smokehouse bay location of this unit provided a wonderful view as well as convenient proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful furnishings, very spacious and clean. Gorgeous view of the bay, and you can walk to resturants, shopping and even the grocery store.

This unit is beautifully furnished with everything new. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The unit was spotless. The only drawback for us was the view did not meet our expectations. There is a decent water view, but partial, due to how it is situated. Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit, as it is newly appointed, clean and very spacious.
