This condo is even better than what the photos depict. The view is stunning. The location so convenient to restaurants, stores (Including a grocery store across the street), Veteran’s Park, with wonderful sidewalks everywhere for safe biking. This condo is gorgeously decorated and is high end all the way. It’s supplied with everything you could ever need. The subtly placed labeling on light switches and cupboards was so much appreciated! And the outside areas are perfect. I would most definitely and happily stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Esplanade. We've rented many Single family homes in Marco Island over the years. This was our first time renting a condo. We weren't disappointed. The condo was everything we were hoping it would be, roomy, clean, kitchen stocked with enough equipment to make a Thanksgiving meal for Eight. View of the water and boats was lovely. Was fun to be in a lively area with several dining establishments downstairs. Management was very friendly and responsive.

Property location was great! The place was exactly as it was described. It was clean, neat and spacious and had everything and more that one needed.
The convenience of having restaurants downstairs was an added bonus as well if you did not feel like driving. The supermarket was also right across the street - everything so convenient and right at your finger tips whether it be within walking distance or driving.

This unit was perfect in every way. 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms made it optimally comfortable for everyone. The open concept living space made it super easy for the kids to play. Fully stocked kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. The BEST part of the unit was the out door wrap around terrace. We spent every night watching the amazing sunsets and the boats come in and out. Great place. Will definitely stay again!

We have done many VRBO vacations and this is one is one of our favorites. The unit is clean, spacious and high enough to see the boats coming in and the sunsets.

The three bedroom condo at Esplanade was extraordinary! The large unit was beautiful and very well equipped and had wonderful spaces inside and outside for socializing and enjoying the wonderful views. The location was close to everything. Highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and organized. The locations was perfect for us as well as the layout. The pool table added to extra family fun. Walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants.

Our family had an amazing experience at the condo. It was so spacious, really light and bright. Loved the corner unit as it has wrap around beautiful patio outside complete with couches, chairs and outdoor dining. I really liked that owner had closet full of coolers, beach towels and beach games available for us to use. It was December and such a pleasant surprise to have Christmas tree with lights set up, nice touch! Perfect location above restaurants and marina. Overall A++++.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Nice restaurants and shops to walk to directly on the property. Highly recommend, the condo was spacious enough for three couples!

With three king suites- this rental was PERFECT for a family vacation with adult children and spouses. Each had their own private bathrooms- and the spacious condo was equipped with everything we needed.

This condo was above and beyond our expectations. It is nicely updated, immaculate, large, beautifully appointed, and has a million dollar view! Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is already there; from beach and pool supplies, to a well stocked kitchen to host family and friends. The sunsets are spectacular!

We had a great experience at the condominium. It was very spacious and we’ll equipped. The needs were very comfy. The scenery was beautiful. I loved the fact that shops and restaurants were close by.

Excellent rental. Location is perfect for Marco Beaches,
heading to Naples or just relaxing sunsets overlooking Smokehouse Bay. Patios are fantastic. Owners have thought of everything you would need. Plenty of space and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

This rental could not have been more perfect! We would love to return!
