Island Club II 10

Close to beach, quiet neighborhood at an excellent price. Close to the action but removed enough to enjoy the quiet.

We would like to come back probably in Oktober-November because of the friendliness of the 2 Ladies Mrs. Elizabeth and Donna who helkped us a lot and did their work very professionally, we would like to thank you again for that Brigitte and Eduard Zech

My stay at Island Club went well. The unit is a beautiful unit that is very well stocked with everything you will need. I would definitely tell others to stay in this unit.

Great apartment and location couldn't be better. It was just paradise. Just 5 min from the Beach access.
Everything we expected and more. Pictures 100% real.
The management company was always supportive and taken care of us. I highly recommend staying at this place.

It is well equipped, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The location was perfect!! Short walk to South Beach and Sunset Grille. Property management was very quick in responding and addressing minor issue. Would absolutely stay again if available.

Our stay here was fabulous...place is lovely...the grounds are kept beautifully...the agent that takes care of us is super wonderful and very accommodating....we have rented for the last 2 and am anxiously looking forward to next year!!!

We had a wonderful time at Marco Island, as usual. Met more friends, we will be back next year. Just love this location.

Toilet seat could use a change, as well as, shower doors. Also, would love some lounging chairs. Just saying.

Very pleased with our experience in Island Club Two. Location was convenient. Condo was very nice. Most outstanding was our realtor Andrew who was always available to answer any questions and deal with any concerns we had which were minimal. Andrew also personally provided additional rental opportunities to consider.

Spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Near the beach with covered parking and a great deck. I would recommend to friends and family.

We couldn't have asked for anything better. Condo 10 was perfect. Beautiful pool and we could walk to the beach

We love the people, the location of Island Club and we love the layout of the condo but there are definitely some issues.
1.linens, mattress pads need replacement, especially in guest bedrooms. No details necessary.
2.bathrooms need to be worked on (caulking and floors, black stains (?) in master shower, water seeping behind shower wall.
3. I had to clean food stains from small living room area rug . It is starting to rip. Still dirty.
4.cleaning equipment inadequate. Broom handle is taped together, mop smells awful, etc. My husband has made some small repairs himself.
5. lanai cushions need to be replaced.
6. living room furniture is getting worn, dirty.
Property Mgt. Co has always worked well with us. We have reservations for next year, our 4th year.

We love the location of this property. Thought we found our forever condo - but the owner wants 2 month renters. On the hunt once again.

Rug in living area is old and shows stains, some I was able to clean and remove. Dishwasher did not work from day one, and I did not bother to report until end of stay. Light was out of thermostat had to replace. n master bed is so uncomfortable. Love the location, the pool and all the friends we have met in staying there last 4 yrs.

Not only was the property beautiful,,,but so were the owners of the property as well as the rental guests.
I felt like I was part of a family...I cried when I left because I had such a wonderful stay and made lifelong friendships...here's to you Island Club!!!! Lov you all Roxanne
