When you’re truly living on the side of the Marco River, you’ll understand why this 800 square foot, 3rd floor condo is located within a private community known as the Riverside Club. It sleeps four, with one king bed, a sleeper sofa, and one bathroom.

The spacious balcony lined with chairs and an outdoor sofa faces east, so you can savor your morning coffee or tea as the sun rises over the Marco River. Out here, the only noise you’ll hear will be from the gentle sway of the palm trees and deep blue water lapping on the docks.

The tastefully decorated interior is every bit as inspiring with its sand-hued tile and walls and cozy furnishings with ocean-blue accented fabrics. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit, the deep blue river is your constant backdrop as you enjoy a meal on the wooden table or entertain guests in the living room. Colorful seascapes and trays of shells enhance the feeling of waterside tranquility.

The gourmet, open kitchen features granite countertops lined with barstool-style chairs and is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to make anything from a full-course meal to a seaside snack.

The bedroom is as cozy as it is colorful and gives you all the closet and drawer space you need to feel at home. Along with the included television, it features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. There’s even a window, so you can relax as you’re cooled by fragrant breezes off the water.

This unit comes with air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short drive to the silken white sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.

Marco Island is famous for having every fun-filled activity under the Florida sun. Take a swamp buggy tour of the Everglades. Charter a fishing boat. Wade through warm tidepools in search of shells or go snorkeling in warm water alongside sea life.

The private community of Riverside is filled with countless ways to relax and enjoy yourself. Take a refreshing swim in one of the heated pools then luxuriate in the hot tub. Play a game of tennis or stroll along the seemingly endless array of docks.

Riverside is located on the north side of Marco Island, a short walk from historic Olde Marco. Stroll through the brick courtyards of Royal Palm Drive, where small tin-roofed shops bring the island’s colorful history to life. Stop for a meal and live entertainment at Marco Island landmark, Snook Inn.

The nearby Esplanade and Marco Town Center Mall offer an abundance of shopping possibilities, with specialty boutiques, a grocery store, and fine dining options. To add to this, you’re also close to Veterans’ Community Park, where concerts and community activities are always being held.
