With its world-class amenities, as you enter the South Seas, you’ll feel as if you’re entering your own private piece of paradise. This 1,100 square foot, 4th floor condo sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen and two bathrooms.

Take a walk along the path circling Clam Bay and enjoy the fragrant wind and the reflection of palm trees off the still surface of the water. Another path winds through the manicured gardens of grass and thick hedges, past the tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and the tiki hut filled with gas grills you can use to enjoy a barbeque lunch in a shaded picnic area. The cluster of palm trees up ahead encloses the spacious heated pool, lined with sun loungers.

The interior of the unit, with its natural glow, is reminiscent of the breath-taking sand-covered Tigertail Beach next door. A floor of marble-hued tile is brightened by natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. All of the space, including the bedrooms, is embellished by cozy furnishings and beautiful oceanic artwork and décor, which adds a feeling of seaside serenity. Even when you’re inside, your permanent backdrop is the palm trees and other tropical plants that lie just outside of your windows, so you are quite literally surrounded by paradise.

Once you actually make your way outside on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, you’ll be greeted to a palm tree-framed view of Clam Bay and the lush gardens spreading out in front of you. As the setting tropical sun begins to paint the sky a brilliant orange, the outdoor sun loungers, table, and chairs make the balcony the ideal place to end your day in paradise.

The kitchen comes with all of the appliances and cookware that you need to serve everything from a family dinner to a tropical treat on the balcony. There’s even a wall opening that connects the kitchen to the dinning/living room, which gives the unit a wide-open feel.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you’ve got free wi-fi and cable, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to the turquoise waters of Tigertail Beach.

There’s no better way to cap off a day in paradise than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants like Nene’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from your unit.

Great Condo was beautiful,clean, modern
Views were nice wished we had ocean side channel was nice , could see busy street

Unit was in a great location with a lovely view. Kitchen could have been better stocked. NO coffee maker, only a kuerig (not practical and too expensive for a 3 month stay). Also had to buy a decent beach chair with backpack straps for easier transport to beach. Otherwise, very happy.

Except for a few minor issues we enjoyed our stay very much.
1. After checking in at the property management office we arrived at the gatehouse and had nothing other than the unit keys to convince the guard to let us enter. We should have been given a document to expedite entry.
2. The televisions would occasionally be difficult to turn on with a NO SIGNAL message on the screen.
3. When my wife attempted to check the cable connection to the bedroom TV the anchors securing it to the wall pulled out and the TV almost fell to the floor. the anchors were mounted in sheetrock, not a wall stud. This really scared her when this happened.
4. Finding activities such as card games, etc. were difficult to obtain. A South Seas activity sheet would be helpful in connecting folks with others.
5. Help was always there if needed but we did not appreciate unexpected staff at our door, or coming to the condo while we were gone without informing us beforehand.
6. All issues were corrected in a timely manner. Staff were assessable, friendly and courteous. Hat's off to Anthony Vale and others! Service was great.
7.There were no welcome packets available until 2 days after we checked in. We had to find out too much on our own on how to navigate our initial daily lives and were sometimes told wrong.
8.The vertical blind slats kept coming down. Note we always used the cords and did not move them manually.
9.Struggled with the gate guest access passes. This system does not appear to work well. Used the instructions provided but had to do it twice and had to keep asking the guard if received.
10. It would be nice to have a Smart TV in the main room and a streaming TV in the bedroom. The cable offering was not great and we were unable to use our streaming services (on the TVs).
