Nice place to stay. Excellent location. One maintenance issue that was taken care of very timely.

I loved retruning back to Marco Island. The beach was so beautiful with so much to do and see. I'll definitly return in the spring. Summer weather was a little too hot this year.

The Unit was a little dated the master bedroom mattress need to be replaced! and the carpet cleaned over all rating B. Thetower

The apartment was clean and spacious. Nice balcony. Close to the beach. Nice pool and fitness center.

Great views of the Gulf from our balcony but what really impressed us was the outstanding customer service. They were polite, professional and immediately took care of a couple of small issues we had. We highly recommend using this property management company.

The condo was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen utensils. Could have used a few more plates and mugs. The toaster didn’t work on one side and the tub was dripping in the guest bathroom, but I expect these will be fixed shortly. Fantastic view of the lagoon!

Nice condo, well equiped, clean, with a nice view on the beach. But you need to like to stay in a tower, with many people around you. Nice pools, but always very busy. Many rules to follow, and complicated to get all passes (especially parking).

Condo was very clean and perfect location for Tiger Tail Beach! We enjoy walking so did a lot of it. It’s about 3.5 miles to the tip of Tiger Tail. We lucked out with probably having the perfect beach weather 88 to 90 every day so the ocean was perfect for frolicking and waves were bigger than expected. I didn’t get a chance the fish as much as I wanted so can’t really give a good report. The bar restaurants a short drive away they were a long walk when we went to a couple but if you’re going to drive make sure you go to Stans idle hour for Sunday Funday.

Positives: Beautiful view from the 15th floor. Both Bedrooms and the living room had the view and there is a balcony that runs the width of the condo. Clean. Kitchen was well supplied. Covered parking. Beautiful beach. Closet full of beach chairs, a cart, cooler, and umbrella. Close to restaurants and stores. Excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Check out Jack's for a dive bar experience and Stan's for live music - especially Sunday.
Negatives: Long walk to the beach - 15-20 minutes (it's farther than it looks). Thin walls - the elderly neighbor blasted his TV all night. A call to management did not result in any improvement. If you sleep in the master bedroom bring earplugs. Garbage disposal didn't work which will cause problems eventually.
We booked late due to travel cancelled to Mexico. Next time I would look for a property closer to the water.

Marco Island Vacation Properties was a pleasure to deal with. Smooth and seamless transaction. The unit itself is old and tired. The unit had an odor, the walls are dirty, the master bathroom shower curtain had a foul odor and needed cleaned. The bed linens are very old and appear to be hand me downs and well used. The towels are all mixed matched and old. There was no dish cloths or wash cloths. We actually purchased towels wash cloths and dish cloths at Walmart. The amenities in the unit are pretty worn and old. There were light bulbs not working and light switches that do not turn off bedroom fans or lights. The beach equipment is old and most of the items are broken and appear to be left from previous renters. There were actually broken items for beach use, 2 boogie boards broken in half, broken bent beach chairs. Take some pride in your rental. The location is great but the unit is less than desirable. Most things that are old and worn can be overlooked if there was any attention to detail or if the place was super clean. The owner should spend a few hundred dollars and update the towels and linens. I would look elsewhere unless there is nothing else to rent.

Our family had a great time visiting Marco Island. The condo was perfect for our needs. While it may not have been updated to the latest and greatest, it was clean and functional. The new balcony slider doors are great. The balcony furniture was comfortable and the views were spectacular.

We had a great time in Marco island. The view from the apartment is spectacular and the sheets are stoning.

But, appears to have not been updated for many years. Carpet appeared dirty with stains. Lighting was poor with some bulbs burned out.

Our Vacation stay was excellent.Everything was as stated in the description.The view from the balcony was great. Getting to the shoreline was a short hike, but worth it. We will be back in the future.

Week spent in South Seas tower exceeded our expectations. Our rental had great view overlooking Tigertail Beach with captivating view of the sunset.
Out the door and onto the beach access with pool to cool off before or after trekking to shore . Rental agency and team very responsive to needs especially with late night check in . Only regret is that we needed more time to utilize all the amenities . We hope to return to this property through Marco island vacations .

Our family of 4 stayed here for the winter holidays. We liked the place, it had everything we needed for our vacation by the ocean! Beach was within 4-5 min walk. Heated pool was a nice addition. We would definitely stay in this place again.

Great place to spend a week. On the beach made our time here special. Everything went very smoothly.

Walking into the unit it was very clean. The master bedroom was nice an spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable and waking up to the amazing view was just rejuvenating. Large patio doors in both bedrooms and living room let you see the spectacular views. Lots of closet space. The huge deck overlooking the beach and the sunset views were phenomenal. The unit came with towels and paper products. The kitchen is very outdated and could use updating. The furniture in the living room was ok, recliner was great but the couch was not too comfortable. The unit did not have wifi which was a little disappointing. Other than the kitchen the unit was great. Check in was very quick and easy.

Overall it was a good experience. For the price the kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated. The bathtubs were dirty looking on the bottom, possibly from age and use. The living room carpets was stained/dirty. On the positive side the unit came with all the paper products we needed and cleaning products to make our visit comfortable. The best part of the unit was the long balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. Tower 4's lobby and amenities were very nice and kept clean.

We couldn't have been happier with this condo recommendation from a friend. Perfect location, beautiful beach, beautiful sunset views, exceptionally friendly other vacationers from all over. We loved it!

Great place to stay. Beach was very nice and a great place to hunt for shells. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend an air boat ride in the everglades.

Great time! Pool needed to be cleaned more often and we saw a mouse running around by the pool as well. Property needs to step up maintenance. We've been staying at south seas for years and never had an issue before.
