Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit was very nice and well equipped. Enjoyed the pool and didn't even mind the long walk to the beach.

Relaxing,nice clean condo,beautiful,the guy pool monitor needs to learn how to talk to people, very rude.

I felt cheated when I arrived to the place and found the beach wasn't 300 feet from the building, but more than 3000.
My wife and me are 70's seniors and that distance disappointed us.
The apartment interior photos they show in the website were better than the reality, but for real, the place was good and clean.
There was no information about the number combinations to go in and out through the gates and
some doors but we solved that inconvenient.
Maybe it was the season, too much rain, but the beach was murky. We love clear waters
In general, we spent a good time with part of our family.

This vacation was 1 of the best we've had recently. Except for a minor problem this property was even more than we thought we were renting. Hopefully we will be back.

The condo was nice, clean and updated. There was problems with the second bathroom- the toilet handle would stick and then it would run. Called maintenance and then had to hang out while they tried to fix it. Also, the kitchen sink started to leak - ugh! The shower was to strong.

Condo was nice and the location is great and convenient to everything. The living room sliding glass door did not lock properly and the shower in the second bathroom felt like having a fire hose turned on you. Other than that everything worked fine. We enjoyed our week on Marco Island very much.

Safe gated community. Views of the beach and all the walkers. Nice pool area. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the natural sun light in the open spaced condo. The view was beautiful from balcony. The hallways could use some updating but I enjoyed my stay at the south seas tower

The apartment is very well equipped with lots of things you can feel at home. If I have to say something not as nice, the noise of the air condition is somewhat annoying because it is situated in front of dining and living area, and turns on and off, some people don't find this a bother at all. The swimming pool is more for relaxing, not to swimmers. The area is very nice and well taken care of, it was surely a pleasurable stay which we would repeat anytime.The walk to the beach is highly recommended for the sunset. On the morning be aware of that it is very hot. The apartment is very recommended.

The condo was updated and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to manage. The beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to rent it again.

The condo was the best equipped condo we have ever had. The unit was recently updated and the furnishings were relatively new as well. Overall everything was great.

We were very pleased with the decor and how the condo was equipped. It had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils as well as starter items (IE. Hand soap dish soap a few garbage bags and dishwasher pods) I planned ahead and brought all that but it was a pleasant surprise that it was there for use. Very helpful. The unit faces the pool and we enjoyed that we could sit on the balcony every night (with the lights out due to turtle season) the only complaint was the tall dresser was wobbly in the twin bed room and it made me nervous with my kids. So I didn't put their clothes in there to avoid opening the drawers.

This has only been our second time to Marco Island and our first time at the South Seas. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The second bathroom had a shower curtain (as opposed to a glass door) which was missing a liner so the water could be kept inside the tub. As a result, we all showered in the master bath.
Also, while this unit is on the is a VERY long walk to the water’s edge. Overall the unit was outstanding and i would highly recommend staying there again—i hope we do!

The condo we rented at the South Seas Tower 4-206 was in a great location, safe, and clean. The condo had everything we needed, and had options for taking in the sun; on the deck, at the pool, or at the beach - all fabulous!
One evening the refrigerator motor started making a loud noise. The next morning I call Marco Island Properties and they sent out someone to repair it immediately. The repair was made while we were out, so no inconvenience what so ever.
The property description was accurate, it had good furniture, plenty of towels and linens, and had every amenity that we needed - including nice beach chairs. I would make one suggestion for improvement. The shower in the second bathroom didn't work properly. It didn't hinder me from using it, but the water continued to come out through the spout and the shower head at the same time. As a result, the water did not drain out of the tub fast enough. So while I showered the water came up a few inches in the tub. Other than that, it was all great!
We didn't know that we had to check in with Marco Island Properties prior to coming to the South Seas Towers. Not a problem, we were able to check in at the South Seas Tower and then go back to Marco Island Properties to pick up the keys to the condo. Perhaps I didn't pay attention to instructions before we arrived, but it all worked out good anyway.

The rental was very comfortable and nicely appointed It had everything we needed. It is a little walk to beach,but a nice access.

Great location. Condo was clean and updated. Minor problems were drawer fell out and broke in the kitchen. Toilets almost overflowed several times and balcony chair broke. A/C was really loud. These were minor and didn’t effect our good time!

This was perfect week to spend Christmas with our kids in a year where we couldn’t see family or friends. Plenty of room for four adults to relax and have fun!

Tower 4, suite 206 was at it appeared in the listing and description. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The only criticism was that the vacuum cleaner in the unit does not work so we were not able to keep it as clean as when we arrived. The carpeting in the master bedroom and the area rug in the unit are very dirty which was a bit disappointing. The remote control did not have a working battery for the TV in the living room. There was a broken chair on the balcony. All these things were small annoyances but I thought I would mention them.

This was our first experience with VRBO and we couldn't have been more pleased. This was also our first vacation to Marco Island and we will definitely be returning! Marco Island Realty was very easy to work with, making our rental experience seamless. The grounds of the condo were very well kept, the pool was always clean & not overcrowded, parking was very accessible. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Decor was a little dated, however we had everything we needed. Plenty of balcony space overlooking the pool with a narrow view of the beach & Gulf. Although it is oceanfront, it is approximately a 5-6 min. walk to the water. We visited in July and definitely needed bug spray after 5:00 pm for the no-see-ums! We've been to many beaches, and I will say, this was one of the best beaches for shelling. Walking out the condo and heading north onto Tigertail Beach, we found many types of unique shells and sand dollars.
The immediate area had plenty of restaurants within a short walk or drive. If you're looking for a quiet & relaxing family vacation, this is a great option!

Great location, the grounds are kept perfect but the building is old. Not a big deal but definitely older and dated. Everything is clean and the pool nice and warm! Lots of retired folks, lots of rules at pool. No snacks,no balls, not water toys, not extremely kid friendly in my opinion. The pool "lady" is loud and rude. She could enforce the rules alot more tactfully. Also dressed like a hobo...not a good representation of the property. Great beech, can be a bit of a walk 1/4 mile exactly to the water.

We loved our stay in this condo. The end unit has windows and sunlight on three sides. Located at the North end of miles of beachfront properties, and very near the undeveloped Tigertail beach, the access was better than we expected. This unit is part of a large gated complex. Great spot.

The condo was beautiful, very well stocked and clean, and the complex and grounds were immaculate. The only negative is there is no washer and dryer inside the condo. Although there is a laundry room on each floor, some of the floors' laundry rooms, ours included, were closed for repair. I simply went to different floors to do laundry.

We had a nice visit to Marco Island. The condo has a beautiful view and is full of light from the many windows. The kitchen was very new and had everything you would possibly need. The living room furniture was comfortable. The bedding, bed spreads, sheets,towels and throw rugs all need to be replaced they were very worn. The grounds of the building were very well kept and the pool area is beautiful! Long hike to the ocean carrying chairs and umbrella. We were surprised by the Red Tide causing a cough, that everyone seemed to know and tell us about. It was pretty bad two of the days on the beach.

The last thing I want to do on my vacation is look at my iPhone app for instructions about the amenities and other rules of the property. Another thing I don't want to do is walk to another building to register and get another set of instructions. I recommend consolidations all of the rules/instructions (which seemed to be abundant)along with access codes on that 1 sheet of paper and pre-registering the guests ahead of time so that they have less processes to go through. Also, info on transportation/car service options would have been useful to have on that sheet of paper as well. Aside from the inconveniences of where and how to get information, our experience was pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Loved the unit. Clean. Nice. Need to really invest in some Wi-Fi and items for beach. I was super disappointed that there were not more items (as in a cart, cooler, chairs were old and rusted) Marco Island Vacation Properties were as always SUPER. The staff at the property were rude and actually hung up on me when I was needing help. Loved the property.

Very nice property and amenities. Only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom - very uncomfortable. Jiggles with every move.

We have been vacationing in Marco Island for over 20 years. Always good weather in March. Beach is lovely,food is great, not too crowded yet. Nothing bad to say,

We have been going to Marco Island for 20 years. The month of March is always good weather wise. South Seas is a great resort , especially for tennis buffs. Beaches are the best in Florida. Food great and lots to do. Not crowded like Naples. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed and surprised that there was no wi-fi.

Although our time was short, we had a great vacation. We love the island, and try to come back at least once a year. We would like to extend our stay in the future. We were very happy with our condo, it was clean and very comfortable.

It was great for the price. The ONLY thing was the beach was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too far.

We were satisfied with our experience and pleased that we rented through a reputable broker like Marco Island Vacation Properties.

The pictures on the website don't do this condo justice. It was extremely clean and up-to-date. I would recommend posting a "day" picture from the balcony so people can see the terrific view of the pool and grounds.
